Although the hotel is not central the quick, frequent and cheap buses make the trip into town less that ten minutes and very easy to navigate. Alessandro was incredibly helpful and upon arrival pointed out where all the sights were on the map as well as helpful restaurant recommendations. He also booked us tickets for the Academia which saved us... More

Not the easiest placed to find the first time, but once we were in, getting the bus in and out of town was easy. The are many reasons to stay here. The rooms are big and spotless. The hosts are present every morning and are first rate. The nearby restaurants and cafes are authentic and reasonably priced. The patio is... More

This B&B was a perfect compromise between price and distance from downtown. It is located in a nice zone of Florence (Fortezza), about 15 mins from the main station. The owners ae extremely kind and provide great suggestions for the public transportation (very close and efficient) and for restaurants in Florence. The rooms are clean and large enough; a nice... This small accommodation, just a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center and even shorter by bus, is a great value. We had easy access to all that we needed at a fraction of the cost of staying in the center. Not to mention our hosts, Allesandro and Giulia, who were the friendliest, most helpful people I have met so... More

We stayed here as family have used the hotel before and loved it. The rooms are quaint which was lovely and the outside courtyard and kitchen area are pleasant. My low score is based upon the service we had at the hotel. We went out for the day and discovered that whilst we were out the bathroom mirror had smashed.... More

The hotel is located a fifteen minute walk from the city centre, which after walking around Florence all day can be bothersome. However taxis (7~10 euros) or busses (2 euros) are readily available. The room is adequate, with plenty of storage space, although the room we had been allocated was adjacent to a road, so traffic noise was a problem,... More

As much as I want to give this place 5 stars based on service I can't. Alessandro and his wife are so sweet and were such a help while we were there. We arrived luckily while they were still there. I thought I had put an arrival time when I booked the room but it didn't get forwarded to the... More

Thank you for your comment. Since you wrote many things I like to take some time to reply to some wrong ones. 1) Your arrival: We were there because we were waiting for you ( some hours ) not because "..while they were still there" . 2) Beds: did you mentioned this while you were here? I do no to... More

I am so glad we stayed at Cimarosa Harmony! Despite being a little way out of Central Florence, it's not a problem if you love to walk around cities like we do. We were welcomed and showed our room, as well as given a great map of the must-see attractions in Florence. The room was spotlessly clean, warm (even a... More

This guesthouse is located a bit outside of the center of Florence but this can be seen as a plus in many ways. It's about a 10 minute walk away from the center from the train station but it gives you a real feel for Florence outside of the tourist spots, which we always enjoy seeing. Alessandro was a great... This B&B is very near the train station and bus stop so that you can go anywhere. The room is clean, fresh with comfortable beds and cozy lights. The bathroom is also warm after showers. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is offered in the room price and in a very near place. The place also has... More
