Great location- just 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 mins to the Duomo and everything else in Florence is walkable within 30 mins. You get what you pay for- simple but very spacious rooms with comfortable beds but bad pillows. Large, clean bathroom and a wardrobe. We didn't pay for breakfast- an espresso and a pastry came to €7.80... More

We found the hotel to be centrally located(close to central railway station), and the room was comfortable BUT... We had booked a room with 2 single beds, got a double bed and upon arrival we requested they book us into another room..COULD not do that (as per Mr. S)... So we asked them to then just change our double bed... More

We've stayed for one night at this hotel because of the problems with water in our guest house. We've just walked down the street and decided to book hotel Victoria as the first we came across for a night to have shower and stayed to sleep. We've paid for 1 night when we checked in and the lady on the... More

The location is conveniently located, which is close to the city center. We stayed in a 4-bed room and one blanket was missing. The shower gel and tissue paper provided were so dusty, seemed like nobody had touched them for ages. The water was not hot enough and it took a long time to heat up. The greatest disappointment is... More

We went to the hotel in the middle of the night. A man in the hotel reception didn't even say hello to us. We had booked a room for two persons for one night. He said that we had paid only for a single room. Fortunately I had a paper where was a data from the reserve. The room was... More

We went to check in and they moved us to a different hotel..they said the room was flooeded, then said it was overbooked. Either way they should have told us before we got to the hotel! They moved us to their sister hotel which was average, but I have never turned up at a hotel before to be sent away!

The location was great, looking at the hotel and location on google before we got there we were excited. when we walked to the hotel from the train station, we walked into the hotel lobby if that's what you call it. im sure its a brothel. the room looked like its from the 1920's worst 2 nights ever. it was... My boyfriend and I are travelling around Italy and this was our last stop before heading to the next country and it was not the best place to finish off our trip. My first thought as I walked into reception was that it was a brothel with its sweet smelling tacky insence and its bright pink walls. But the reception... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, the location was great, lots of bars and restaurants near. It is one road away from the day markets, and a 3 minute walk to the cathedral. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel facilities were basic, the double bed was two singles which parted in the middle, and the shower... More

The hotel is conveniently located close to the historical Duomo and the Uffizi gallery. Everything is just a walk away. The AC worked perfect even at 38 degree Celsius heat of July. The elevators were in proper working condition.
