Accomodation is 7-min walk from Porta Al Prato - Leopalda Train station (one station away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella) and 3-min walk from the bus station. To go to the city proper, you can either take the bus (around 10 minutes) or walk (around 30 minutes). Our room was affordable and very spacious but airconditioning and heating is automatic... More

We booked this self catering residence and when we entered the room it was so good in terms of space, amenities. staff was very friendly. Proximity to tram and metro station was very good. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable self catering apartment.

Love it! Great service, clean, lots of space, they leave some food like honey, milk, water... We had a great stay. Free wifi, close to Santa Maria Novela train satation... Did I mentioned how big is the apartment? I would definitely stay there again.

Its a nice residence hotel. They give some free stuff and grocery when u check in. No breakfast. Its far from the Santa Maria Novella station though people claim that its walkable. The staff is very friendly. Few good restaurants around the block. The hotel had a problem with the AC system which they did not fix it.

Very noisey. On a busy road and walls are paper thin - you can here everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) from the neighbours. The water pressure was woefully and one morning there was no hot water at all. The furniture and fixtures were clean but old (think seventies). The rooms didn't have doors just curtains and the lighting was... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely! 2 big rooms, average bathroom but with great quality toiletries. Small kitchen but had cold bottled water, butter and milk. Cookies sugar tea and coffee in living room. Spacious balcony! Great free wifi and air con! Was quite hard to find- TIP- it's past the big arch in a little... More

For crowded families, it may be an alternative but, it is not very close to historical places that you want to visit. you can only pay between 9am to 17pm. if you are leaving early in the morning, pay one day before. the rooms are smelly. they make you accept the responsbility of losses of kitchen equipment and they gave... The residence is close to a tram stop and also a bus stop, and is a few minutes away from SMN. It is a safe place, and the rooms are spacious. The carpet is old, and there is no heating in the summer, even if the night temperature falls down to 11-15 degrees C. It is best not to open... More

The room is grungy and things are outdated, but that was actually tolerable. What wasn't tolerable was the sheer rudeness I experienced with ONE bald, older employee in particular. I have been nice to him, greeting him, and smiling even when he was making condescending remarks for three days, but I couldn't take it anymore my last day. Not only... More

The Residence used to be good, now it's no longer trying to keep up. Our suite for this stay smelt continually of cigarette smoke - even when we aired the room, when we came back it stank again. The walls to the next room were paper thin - they complained (by banging on the wall!) when we had the TV... More
