This hotel was amazing. We had a beautiful room with frescoes on the ceiling! Our room was extremely spacious, and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the price was great. My only complaint was that we didn't have time to spend more nights here! We will absolutely... More

We were not happy with the first room that we were in. It was very small, although the second room might have been geometrically the same, but the first room was layed out poorly. The biggest problem was the lack of room to put all my clothes and things for the bathroom away. I had to keep a lot in... More

WE stayed three nights at Hotel Burchianti. From the personalized friendly service, hot coffee always ready for you, a magnificent room with frescoes on the ceiling ( we had a junior suite) it was the highlight of our trip. in the heart of the city centre, we could walk day and night to discover florence, to come back to our... We loved this place. My girlfriend had been keen and I had been doubtful, because I thought the website made it look a bit dreary. I had to eat my words. It was in a good location, great value for money, quiet, and totally unlike the boring hotels one might otherwise stay at. The room we were in had remarkable... More

Nice location near the Medici chapel, around 10 mintes from the central train station, and 15 minutes from the Duomo. We have a third floor masonette. Twin beds were not two singles, but that seems the only minus point. We even have a kitchenette. This room has a few steps in the room, and is up a short flight of... More

This was our third visit to Florence and our second stay at Burchianti. I would not stay any where else . The rooms are not only comfortable but beautiful. I can look at the ceiling frescos all night long ( of which I did) That being said, the rooms are not the high point of this establishment. The staff are... More

We chose this hotel because of location and the pictures of the frescoes. We did not see any frescoes but we had a very lovely room on the 4th floor with an excellent view. Bathroom was modern and very nice. Breakfast was good and gluten free items were available. Staff was very nice.

The single room is not ok to be given to anybody! I booked the Hotel because of the described flair of a palace, because of the fabulous ceilings...what I got was a cell: a room about 1,75 x 3 m. The bed was not a bed but that which is the couch in the other bigger rooms. The bathroom is... More

Very friendly staff in a good location especially if coming from the station. Easy to walk to all the great sights of Florence from here. Hotel rooms are on the first floor of a mansion and the Suites have antique murals. These are incredible value especially when travelling out of season.

This is a small, pleasant hotel fantastically situated for a city break in Firenze. Right from the first minute on arrival you notice, see and feel the real hospitality. Rooms were decorated very tastefully and maintained to a high standard even with stylish wall paintings. Super location, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Couldn't rate this place highly enough, everything... More
