What says on their page on Booking.com isn't the reallity. No personal at all. We had to call the man to get entrence and key. No breakfast, no staff nearby, no possibility to try wine in the evening. Many lamps in the room was not working. Room otherwise ok. They sell they room for the great location. Breakfast was served...

To begin with, they are NOT organized. When you get to the Residenza, there is no way of getting in. They don t advise us which doorbell to ring to open the door. I had to ring many doorbells, Neil some nice woman came down to open the door, allowed us in her room to call the owner for us....

The only good thing about this residence was the location. Other than that, the owner's attitude was truly unpleasant, breakfast was cheap, showers and AC not in condition. The owner works at another location during the day, and we had to wait with our luggage in the street for 45 min for him to come over with the key. He...

As For the location it was settled in the middle of the city, its 5 mins walking to the Vecchio bridge& pitti Palace which was really nice, but other than that - it was very noisy outside, we had a problem with the AC, the management had a cheap Breakfast, the service wasn't that good, the staff doesn't speak English...

I've just got back from Italy, and this place was my best accommodation during my trip. The owner, Maryna, was very nice and helpful, even though she doesn't speak English fluently, she will help you. Our room was huge, even though we were outside most of the time. The breakfast was good, fruits, pastries, yogurt, coffee and juices. The building...

Ok location but everything else was misersble. The website says they take credit cards, but the proprietress wouldn't. She went into our room (creepy) while we were out for breakfast, since the one she served was inedible. The floors were grimy, no mat for the bathroom which became very slippery. The double bed was at two different heights with only...

Staying in Pitti

Neighborhood Profile
Pitti
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
