We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a B&B located in the Leopolda area, near Porta Prato, so out of the city center but you can easily reach the city walking (20 minutes or by bus/tram. There are two adjacent stairs going up to rooms (all at the first floor). These are well furnished, clean, and warm. Bathrooms are...

We stayed for three nights as part of an interrailing trip, and this was one of our favourite stops. The service was excellent - Daniela was welcoming and very helpful in giving us lots of tourist tips and recommendations. We managed to muddle through in a mixture of titled Italian and English! The B&B itself was a bit of a...

We enjoyed our staying at Sogna Firenze B&B. It is very closed to the train station: 10-minute walk. The B&B is very handy to get to the city centre in only 15 minutes, so there is no need to take a bus, but if needed the bus stop is very close to the B&B. We stayed in the 'Dante' room...

First time in Florence. Had the private room with a balcony, not facing the street. The staff is very helpful, there's a bus line and a supermarket at walking distance :) Daily cleaning is well done, and the staff will help you book tours and give you directions for many things! breakfast is pretty good too. My travelmates agree this...

We actually had a very nice feeling about this hotel, which is very cheap and definitely worth its money. Rooms are very clean, big and recently renewed. Same story for the bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a nice terrace on an unfortunately very busy street. The breakfast was nice. Centre of the city is a...

We hate giving bad reviews but after looking at the hotel on its Webb site and then seeing it I reality it was one hundred percent nothing like its photos. The room that was booked for us and the room we were given after asking for an upgrade were not to a standard of its advertised 4 Star status. The...

Nice, comfortable, cozy hotel. Brilliant value for money. It is located in the quieter residential part of Florence. Bus 22 or a very short cab-ride or a 30 min walk (at my pace) to the train station from which the historical part of Florence starts. Traveled with my wife and 19 year old daughter, and got a room marked "privato"...

The hotel we originally booked did not have our room ready yet so they sent us to what they called their “sister hotel – Soggiorno Sogna.” We stayed there one night – an average hotel with an uncomfortable bed and dingy atmosphere, then returned to our regular hotel.. That night I got lost, could not find our hotel and didn’t...

Dear guest, I remember you very well. First of all, you were not staying anymore in our hotel, but at bed and breakfast antica posta. I remember that I came in the morning t the reception. The cleaning lady opened you. First of all, I didn't know you when you arrived the first day. I remember that I saw a...

“My room was right across from the breakfast room, so you may wish to ask for another one if you are solo. I did hear the families coming for 8:00 breakfast! The window also opened onto the terrace, where people had their breakfast, so that was a bit limiting for privacy.”
