This hostel is so amazing. The location is perfect- close to centre of Florence but a nice street and not too loud. It has a very homely feel and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. There is a lovely terrace and garden and the rooms are very clean with comfy beds. There’s even free coffee and juice! Would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Florence!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We booked a private double room in the hostel, as we are a couple. However we were happy to find that we were in the hotel, and breakfast was included. The staff (especially the younger man with glasses) were so kind and helpful, really accommodating, we were allowed to leave bags in the luggage store before and after we checked in/out too at no extra fee. The room was so spacious, great shower too. View was of a nice green courtyard and aircon worked perfectly. It was super clean too which was the main thing. Very quiet and very near the train station. We didn’t use the lift much since we were on the 1st floor and it was a bit dodgy sounding. There was only 1 washer/dryer available and they were €5 each which is a lot but when you got there you could sit on a nice terrace which made it more enjoyable. We used the spa for €15 each, had it to ourselves and it was completely private, sauna, nice showers, hot tub with a little window that had a view over Florence. There was a roof terrace too with great views over the rooftops. Breakfast wasn’t amazing but was good enough and had lots of yoghurts! Definitely recommend as we really enjoyed our time here.…
Rooms are pretty well. Everything is clean. Breakfast was good and we had lots of food choice. The service was nice and people from the hotel were really careful to our group’s confort which was lovely. I barely recommend this hotel. Grazie!
Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and the housekeeping is wonderful. Beds were so comfy and the location is also great. Just a block from train and then a short walk to everything like Uffizi and restaurants.
Centrally located!!! There are tons of sightseeing options around it. Big bonus for us was that it was 2 blocks from the train station. So convenient! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast option was great and satisfying. I highly recommend it.
I Really liked this hotel, the employees were very nice and friendly, the breakfast was very good and the room was perfect. This hostel has a nice garden when you eat the breackfast and maybe tead a book, the location is spectacular.
I have stayed in quite a few hostels in various countries and this one is possibly the best one yet. It's clean, well laid out and they have a great breakfast in the mornings! It's also really close to the SMN train station which makes getting to and from the airport super easy.
Just back from a lovely 3 night stay in this hostel. It didn't even feel like a hostel, its more like a hotel with big rooms. We were a group of 16 so used a 6 bed dorm, 8 bed female dorm and a private room. All were spacious, super clean, had lovely private bathrooms and comfy beds. USB ports are beside all beds with a private reading light. The reception staff are so helpful and went above and beyond with everything from printing our boarding passes for a tiny charge to helping us make food orders from local restaurants. There are some lovely outdoor communal spaces for chilling out in/eating etc and an indoor one for colder evenings. The breakfast has a wide range of options and was very tasty, plenty available for our 13 hungry teenagers! The chef was very friendly and helpful lady sourcing veggie options and soy milk for us. The hostel was very quick with responses to any questions I had prior to our stay. It's a perfect location for the train station and seeing all of Florence on foot. If I ever make it back to Florence, this is where I will be staying.…
Very close to Florence station and city centre This hostel is a simple hotel cum hostel.. The reception was welcoming and helpful....Two minutes to check inn.... Room was spicy and span. Washroom well equipped. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. One rule in Italy is.. If the temperature drops to 20°C. The government doesn't allow the hotels to switch on AC. But still the reception managed to get us a fan. There are many restaurants and cafes around.. Loads of shopping places... Super markets etc are all around.. To live simply it's an ideal place... No fancy stuff... We were a couple and a teenager son and had a private room with private washroom which gave us a feeling of a hotel only
The terrace and garden is amazing, could have stayed out there the whole night. I stayed in a shared room with seven other people and it looked very nice, the beds were clean and the only thing i can complain about was the blankets and the fact that there was not even soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Another positive was the big locker that was included next to your bed and the bathroom was an ensuite. For the price i payed i am happy with my stay and also breakfast was included, definitely not a very impressive breakfast but was not expecting anything amazing.
