Florence is surely an expensive city. You won't find better value for price. You can always count with the people working there and it's easy to get to the center in bus despite what these misinformed people claim. I will surely come back!
Even if it is not that far away from the airport, it is quite far from downtown and the closest bus stop is in a 10 m walk. Substandard accomodations, stained walls, small and disfunctional bathroom, noisy enviroment, unfriendly staff...

Room was untidy with stains on the walls,bathroom shower floor did not seal therefore water all over the floor,room smelled of smoke and generally smelled bad or stale at the best, walls were thin and noises and banging doors were heard all night.
For an italian hotel is pretty shaby. The room was dirty. The walls were so thin that you could here every word of your neighbours. You could even here when they were showering. We only stayed 2 nights though. But the price of 144€ was...More
