Nice and clean, a bit cold in the rooms. Great breakfast. A bus drive to the city [it is on a hill so not an easy walk back to the hotel]. Very nice and helpful staff. It has swimming pool and I guess tennis court but we didn't use them.

The hotel is on a hill on the edge of the city, and so is fairly quiet with nice views from the garden. The pool is small, but well maintained. The building and rooms have seen better days, but are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was average, and the staff friendly but a little remote. It is a 30 minute walk... More

Nice landscape, You can see Duomo from the garden. But the hotel is far from city center (more than 30 min by walk, approximately the same time buy bus - 1,50 € - due to long waiting time and arrival to Santa Maria Novella - 15 minutes by walk to Signoria Place). Old structure. Old but big rooms. Non fridge,... More

Nice pool, nice staff, comfortable rooms, well located (10 euro taxi to centre), nice views of the city. Bar snacks slightly disappointing, probably eat elsewhere. Nice balcony overlooking city, decent air con and polite and friendly staff.

I spent my weekend there a few days ago and I beleive it was a good choice. The location of hotel is not so far nor close to historical downtown, and the surroundings are really nice. There is an old 14th century less than 1 km away. The service of hotel was good, the accommodations clean and quite new. The... More

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the location, perfect for being out of the crowds but close enough to walk to a lot of attractions, or a quick, cheap taxi ride. The staff will call a cab that comes almost immediately. It is located atop a hill with a beautiful view of the city and important for us-free... More

Spent four nights there and I would highly recommend it. It is a good 30 minute walk to the city centre all down hill. For those who wont brave the walk home, 10 euro in a taxi will get you back or the 37/36 bus is the cheaper option. The room was very nice and we had a large balcony... More

Spacious, pleasant but dated hotel. Swimming pool was a real plus after walking around Florence. Room compact but large terrace with view to Florence. TV pathetic, very small! Bed comfortable, air con adequate. Staff helpful and attentive. Breakfast good. Overall good stay would recommend and return.
