Stayed at this hotel in June , small but adequate bedroom with a lot of rustic charm . The room was cleaned each day for the week we stayed , clean towels , bedding each day . Nice sized bathroom . The breakfast was basically a continental breakfast , which we found more than adequate , plenty of coffee ,tea,... More

Very disappointed. We would not have rated this hotel 3 stars. The bed was hard, the pillows were hard, the water to the room was very smelly and a communal toilet abutting our room may as well have been inside our room. The noise from the street outside was all encompassing (air conditioning was off and needed the window open... More

The hotel was maybe a 2-star hotel. Room was small and the sink leaked in the bathroom. No screen in window, so when the cleaning staff left the window open, I came back to flies buzzing around the room. When asked for assistance at the front desk or in their breakfast lobby, the staff were not helpful and very unpleasant.

The Hotel is a fairly easy walk from the train station, even with my large luggage in tow. Very clean and the front desk staff spoke enough English to make the stay much more enjoyable. They were able to recommend great places to dine and gave great directions. Close to the open market for your shopping needs. A definite stay... More

Firstly, the reason we decided to book this hotel was for it's excellent reviews on the location, which was great. However, there are a huge amount of hotels within this area which will be of similar price. The hotel is small, typical Italian decor. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing. Only had a small selection of cereals, croissants and toast. Staff... More

I really liked this hotel. The location is perfect with busy restaurants, markets and other places of interest nearby. The train station is also only a short walk away. The room I had was nice and clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel has wifi but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work in my room. A... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a city break with my Mum. It's a quaint hotel with friendly staff. It is perfectly located - a 5 minute walk from the main train station and a 5 minute walk from the very heart of the city! The room was very cheap and the staff are all incredibly nice... More

To set off the travel season, we, (a group of 8 friends), traveled to Florence/Firenze. This was a 5/6 day trip. We stopped in the Galileo Hotel which is in the center of Florence, handy for restaurants, attractions and shops.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of many of the attractions in Firenze and close to the main station and bus station. The rooms were comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but no hot food.

Located not far from the centre, this hotel offers a lot for its cheap prices: included breakfast (which is quite small but everyone should find something that satisfies their appetite), large bathrooms, 24/24h reception, etc... Additionally, the rooms were clean and spatial. I would recommend this hotel for people who don't want to pay much for their stay but still... More
