Nice and efficient staff, a short walk from the train station and a 10 to 15 minutes walk to most attractions. The room was very pleasant, nice bathroom, very clean but the bed could have been more comfortable, joint twin beds that were sliding apart....More
Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in June 2017. Room was clean with old fittings. Breakfast was basic compared to other Italian hotels. Big shout out to Luca who was extremely pleasant and helpful with his suggestions and local knowledge
There was no hot water in my bedroom. My friends in another room said they had a but but it was lukewarm.
My toilet did no flush.
Breakfast was very boring.

San Lorenzo’s lively merchants shout out from behind stalls with an array of products in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Florence. Different ethnic groups join together in the large outdoor market of San Lorenzo and in the Central Market, a vast multi-floored building. Visitors are bound to fall in love with this area and in particular, with its variety of food, especially those focusing on
Florentine dishes as well as international selections. Nobody leaves San Lorenzo without a shopping bag in hand or with an empty stomach.

At the station look over to Macdonald's. Cross over from the bus lane and at MacDonald's turn to the right. On the main road walk along to the Piazza dell'Unita Italiana. (it has an Egyptian style obelisk in the middle) Via San Antonino is in the left corner of the square as you enter it with the station behind you. The hotel is a short way in the road. Say hello to Luca, or Adrian from the mad English couple in room 522.
