My friend and I spent a couple of nights at an apartment there, it was wonderful, so spacious and clean. The location is wonderful too, 4 tram stops to the centre but also a pleasant walk. Check in and out was a breeze. The apartment would be perfect for a self catering holiday, pity we were there for only a... More

We stayed for two nights at this hotel to visit florence. We went there by car. A secure parking place was offered from the hotel (extra charge). The area around the hotel was not that nice, but as we entered the hotel we were quite surprised. Especially the room was super comfortable and luxury. The only thing which was a... More

We have stayed before and loved it. However after booking through booking.com we thought we had the same room up on the roof. Due to flight times arrived after 7pm and incurred additional charge of 20euro and were allocated a room on ground floor. This was very basic nothing in fridge 3 stories with stairs to frighten a mountain goat.... More

If you want to stay in the centre of Florence this is not the place. It's location is 2km straight walk to Ponte Vecchio but a 4 minute walk from Sansovino Tramvia stop which is four stops from downtown. The rooms and common area are beautifully appointed and combine modern living with traditional architectural features. I would not hesitate in... More

Monica and her family are the best!!! We rented 5 apartments for our family of 16. There were 6 children from 3 to 9 years old, their parents and grandparents. This was "home" for 9 days. Perfect location to grocery store, ATM's, transportation and city center. Apartments were clean, and kitchens provided the perfect place for small family meals. A... More

We decided to make an unplanned stay in Florence while in Pisa. I booked this on the internet but had sampled a little too much of the local vino so couldn't remember what it looked like until we arrived there. We were pleasantly surprised at the apartment. Very clean & modern with some nice touches such as the fridge in... More

We asked for a top floor room so we wouldn't have the noise of furniture being moved or high heels clip clopping across the floor above. This we received but unfortunately for us it was an attic room, very authentic with beams and sloping ceilings but not ideal for to people over 5'10" tall ! The shower room was also... More

The staff it is awesome. The girl from the reception, with her calm and smile, it is capable to fix everything and help everybody. She helped us to find a person to transport all my family and luggages, in middle of August, to the airport, in another city. The apartments were lovely, extremely clean. We had it also the jacuzzi.... More

The tram directly into the historic centre was a 2 minute walk away. Apartment was very relaxing and modern, the wifi didn't work though. The staff were very friendly and the outdoor terrace is a nice touch.
