We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Cinzia with the warmest of welcomes. We felt very much at home. Cinzia took the time to explain how everything worked in the hotel. Actually we called it our apartment as it felt as if we were the only guests. The Hotelwas fully booked, but it is so quiet and comfortable... More

The room was stunning, every detail thought out. Breakfast was delicious and generous and although we keep kosher we had quite a few choices- and great coffee. Anything we needed; advice, even a microwave was brought down from their private home for us.

This is a good choice for a stay in Florence. The rooms are large, modern and comfortable on one floor of an 1865 Belle Epoca building. It is family owned and operated and the hosts were exceptionally gracious. Their recommendations on restaurants and touring options were terrific. Breakfasts were excellent. The B&B is about a 15 minute walk to the... More

Thank you SO MUCH for your beautiful home, your perfect breakfasts, and the exquisite caffe. But mostly, thank you for you - your willingness to spend brain power on multiple languages, your generous guidance on everything from chanting to mussels, and your genuine humanity which shines like a lighthouse for unseasoned travelers. Travelers - It's in walking distance to everything,... More

We had the most pleasurable stay with Michel and Cinzia. It felt like home and family. They took care of all details. The services were urging us to use them and they were easy to use. Thank you Michel and Cinzia for the wonderful time, and for the gift.

All of the other superlative reviews were accurate. This is the quintessential Bed and Breakfast experience, right in the heart of one of Florence's most appreciated and historic areas. The setting, the personal touch, the location, the quality of the food and the fabrics and the coffee and the coffee-maker and the bathroom - all 5-star rated. But the best... More

This stay was the highlight of our three-week trip to Italy, and we can't wait to return to this elegant hotel. Our host, Michel, was charming and helpful. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to chat with our fellow guests in the morning. The hotel is even more beautiful than the... We were guests, along with another couple for three nights. Michel and Cinzia are absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable about Florence, with suggestions of restaurants and tours. This hotel is in a residential area, within walking of all the historic landmarks of Florence. The hotel is beautiful, our room was fabulous with a modern bathroom, and it overlooked a beautiful garden.... More

From start to finish we had a great experience. Upon arrival, Michel, the owner arranged for our car to be collected and stored in a nearby garage. We could collect our car at any time during our stay. Michel was very welcoming, with great advise on where to go and eat. He is happy to make reservations and arranged for... More

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful guesthouse. My wife was concerned about her privacy staying at an intimate lodging where the owner/manager could be omnipresent. However, nothing could be further from the truth. Michel, the owner, was available discreetly and always attentive to or every request. The 3 B's of an excellent stay (Bed, Breakfast and Bathroom) were of... More
