We stayed 3 nights in this hotel on a recent tour with Riviera. Our room 110 was small, dark & airless with the window opening onto a very small courtyard with facing windows from other rooms. Asked to change our room but was told they were full & there were no other rooms available, very strange because another couple on... More

Great location near train station. Halal restaurants near by. Nice breakfast included. Only gripe- Have to pay for Wi Fi and it is for only one device and had to sign in each time to use the internet. 10 min walk from plaza san marco where city wonders tour started.

Arrived and welcomed politely by the desk staff (quite rare in Italy). Room was small but perfectly fine with a bath and good aircon. Unfortunately room was near the lifts and you could hear it vibrate the room when in bed. When I enquired about changing rooms one guy on the front desk told me that "it is not possible"... More

This was one of 5 hotels I stayed in during my 2week Italy adventure; it was my favourite by a country mile! The staff really make this place, so friendly and accommodating. The bar staff are superb, laying on free nibbles, nothing is too much for these guys. Always friendly. The rooms were nice, big and modern. Beds were comfortable... More

Positive: location. Very near the train station, the central market where you have several options to eat, and the cathedral. If you plan to stay just a couple of days this could be an option. Negative: breakfast. Scarce options and the presentation of the waiters was awful, always dirty and sweaty. At the end, it's a 3 star so I... More

We were quite pleased with the location of this hotel - just steps from Lorenzo Street and the central market. It was a great hub for walking the city. The front desk staff was accommodating. Breakfast was good and the waiters were friendly and helpful - best double espresso ever! We were pleasantly surprised to find an enclosed veranda off... More

Nice hotel in good location, only a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15-20 minute walk from most of the major attractions in Florence. Room was clean and they gave us a complementary bottle of wine when we arrived which I thought was a nice touch. Bathroom was by far the largest and nicest my wife and I... More

Imagine your daughter is on the other side of the world and you get that call in middle of night, where you can hear the hotel staff yelling at her and her two friends. Well that happen to me. I had arranged for a car service to pickup my three girls to drive them to train station unfortunately the car... More

Dear Cameogyrl there was nobody yelling at your girls, it is not our way to work. They had a transfer booked, the car was too small, we tried to explain that thre are rules as bags not allowed on the seats....the driver talked with them also outside the hotel, we do not know what happened, maybe they has some problem...
