Pitti Palace Firenze al Ponte Vecchio was ideal for our needs... The breakfast was more than adequate with a selection of typical American fare of eggs and bacon to ham, cheese, pastries, and fruit... Cappuccino or American coffee, tee, and fruit juice can be enjoyed while you plan your day looking over the city to the duomo... The front desk attendants were always friendly and welcoming... They helped us acquire reservations for a traditional Florentine steak dinner... The bathroom was between rooms and was supplied with shampoo, cream rinse, and soap... The rooms were clean and, although the hotel was full, it was quiet... I would recommend the Hotel Pitti Palace for your stay in Florence...

...The patio has chairs to sit and listen to the activities going on around Ponte Vecchio, and enjoy views of the Arno River, Duomo, and Fiesole... We slept well here and enjoyed the complementary breakfast each morning... If you want to really enjoy a wonderful view of Florence spend a little more money for the studio room...

This hotel could not be in a better position right next to the Ponte Vechio. We were on the fifth floor with excellent views over the centre of Florence The rooms were comfortable but not overlarge... The breakfast room and bar were on the top floor with an out door area for dining if you wished...

...Helpful staff that spoke multiple languages including Italian, English and Spanish (from what I heard, they may speak others). We used the front desk to help us call cabs when needed and they greeted us every time we came or left and were very friendly... Our stay included our breakfast which was on the 6th floor to help enjoy views of the city and the duomo... The breakfast was amazing every morning and the coffee and espresso options were as if you were going to a cafe... Our room was quaint with the queen bed option but also had a balcony which we loved to sit out on in the evenings... Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and the walkability to everything on our itinerary...

The hotel's location is excellent next to the bridge Ponte Vecchio: all attractions can be reached on foot. The reception was very friendly and we got good information about nearby restaurants, etc... Even though the hotel is an old building, the cleanliness was excellent... The view from the 6th floor breakfast room was amazing and after an enjoyable breakfast we were well prepared for the day...

This a great hotel just adjacent to the Ponte Vecchio. All of Firenze's greatest attractions are in easy walking distance, and we walked to them all... The staff is very friendly and helped me print tickets for our tours and provided clear walking directions... The breakfast was great, with a stunning view... The room was great for our family with a private area for everyone...

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a wonderful breakfast as well as a potential dinner spot on the 6th floor. Our room had probably one of the biggest beds I've ever slept in - I could stretch out and my partner could stretch out and we'd hardly touch each other... Despite being by the Ponte Vecchio, which is usually very busy, it gets quiet after 8 pm ish and the walls are decently sound-proof... The breakfast, dinner, and lounge spaces are all very luxurious, and the hotel is close to several major attractions (15 min walk) but a bit of a hike from main train stations (20 min walk)...

This hotel is located just steps from the entrance to the Ponte Vecchio and more or less equidistant from two of Florence's premier sites, the Pitti Palace and the Uffizi galleries. It's also a short walk from the Duomo, Baptistery, and other major attractions... The staff is friendly, and the rooms are decent if not quite top of the line... Excellent breakfast with extraordinary view...

Lovely hotel and one could not ask for a better location. We booked somewhat late and ended up with a smallish room but it did come with a small balcony which added to the charm... A generous breakfast is provided on the upper floor which is enhanced by a beautiful roof top view- stunning views also from the upper floor outdoor patio and restaurant where we ordered the Tuscan stew and Pasta and both were delicious... Thank you to the staff for making us feel so at home...
