Decent hotel in a good location only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Our double room was a decent size, had a large modern bathroom and air con. Breakfast is a self-serve buffet style with various cereals and pastries. It was ok, the juice and coffee machines were a bit chemical tasting. Good value and walking distance to all...

Second time at this hotel, the staff is great, the rooms are clean. it is about a block from the main station. The is a small elevator but you have to go up about 10 steps first to get to it. It is secure and there are plenty of restaurants near by.

I picked this hotel due to the location and I was travelling on a budget. You get what you pay for. The room was spacious but it wasnt very clean. The AC made a crackling sound all night so I had to turn it off. There was a spider in the washroom. Lamps were dusty and after blow drying my...

Dear Carmen L, We are sorry that your experience with us was not completely satisfactory: as we always say, notifying little problems at the reception generally help to solve them in "real time". Unfortunately you didn't notify anything so now you understand it is useless for anybody. We hope to see you again in Florence, kind regards. Roberto & Massimo

Surprisingly, this was one of my favorite hotels in Italy. It started off rocky because we could not find the hotel. It really is so close to the train station, but we had a hard time figuring out where the piazza was to turn since the street names are hard to see and read. Also, the name of the hotel...

Stayed here one week back for 3 nights with my husband and 2 children. The location is close to the station and good for a short stay. It's also walking to San Lorenzo market and Duomo. The rooms are clean. They have a corner in the hotel which has beverage and snacks available 24 hours which is great after a...

We easily walked from the train station to this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke English very well. The breakfast (included in our room rate) was very nice and they even had snacks there in the afternoon and evening. The elevator worked well and made the 5 floors a non issue. Our room was huge and very clean. The...

This hotel is near the train station, and a very short walk to most things in Florence. We walked everywhere from the hotel. It has an elevator, and a lobby where the host was ALWAYS there and very friendly and helpful. There was a basic European breakfast in the mornings, included. The room was surprisingly spacious for what we expected,...

The hotel location is indeed very convenient, just three minutes away from Santa Maria station. The staffs were also very friendly, helpful and speak very fluent English. Breakfast was really yummy - many different options (cold meats, eggs, bread and croissants). The lift in the building is a bit dodgy because sometimes it doesn't work when the door isn't closed...
