Although the name is corny this is a nice hotel close to the train station. Florence is small so all the major sites are within walking distance. The room was air-conditioned, had WiFi, a refrigerator, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. NOTE: You have to ask the front desk to turn on the air conditioner every time... More

Spent 2 nights at the hotel and overall was a fine stay. Rooms were small (as expected in smaller properties in downtown areas in Europe) and clean. Staff was helpful. Great location (a short walk from train station and to the main city sights). Good value and would stay at the hotel again if I get back to Florence.

Literally just around the corner from the station, this small hotel offered convenience, very friendly service, an adequate sized room with very comfortable bed and pillow, and a generous and varied breakfast to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is well located, very close to the station. We had done our booking online using bookings.com. We walked towards the hotel with the help of Google maps. At first glance at the lane the hotel was and the entrance, we were quite surprised. It was a very small lane and the entrance was as well small. For a... More

Our family of four stayed in this lovely small hotel in (very) central Florence. Very friendly staff, super breakfast and quiet, with safe parking in nearby parking house. With wifi and air conditioning. Safe deposit boxes. Double family room.

We had booked a room for three people, and were positively surprised by the size and the standard of the room. It was located at the top floor, and had two bedrooms. The bathroom was great, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a layer of foam on the spring mattress. The breakfast was limited and a bit disappointing.... More

Outstanding location, five minutes walk from Firenze SMN train station, and about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and heart of Florence. Older, boutique style hotel, with some wear showing but also with a lot of interesting and unique decorative touches- would describe it as aging gracefully. Nice continental breakfast, clean rooms, convenient location- ideal for the traveler that... More

We choose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station in Florence. We were training up to Venice and it was a 10 mins walk with luggage to the station. Extremely convenient and hassle free. The hotel staff was friendly and hospitable and the room that we stayed was clean, comfortable and safe. The breakfast was sufficient and... More

Breakfast was good, location excellent. The hotel is offers everything you need but no more. We arrived and left by train and for that it is great, was also a good base for getting to the attractions. Don't look for extras like room service, but it served us well, staff in the main were friendly.

This hotel is really close to the station and walking to all the sites. The room was very clean and we really appreciated the latex mattress and pillow. Staff are very very friendly and helpful. The downside was the breakfast... the rotting bowl of strawberries was very disappointing.
