I went to Florence on a school study abroad trip with 14 other people. Hotel Arizona was the perfect location for us to explore the city from--most things were within 15 minutes of walking. The brothers who run the hotel were incredibly friendly and more than willing to accommodate us in any way possible. If there was anything we needed,...

Brill hotel run by family, three brothers. One of the brothers recognised us in a street in town and struck up a conversation with us! So sweet! Rooms a wee but small but we expected that in Italy! Really comfy bed, great bathroom and wifi codes too. Breakfast was great. Location is great too, with in good walking distance to...

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were absolutely impressed with the staffs attentiveness, the cost of the hotel, and the breakfast. I will definitely be back here. The rooms were also very clean and a good size, and the hotel is now being run by 3 charming brothers who were very sweet and helpful. Thank you...

This hotel experience was fabulous. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Our room had a fabulously beautiful Florentine inspired vintage painted ceiling that just was extra special. The hotel is immaculately clean and the service is amazing. The 2 brothers that work at the front desk Elton and his younger brother were just amazing. They...

Hotel was nice....BUT if you are driving, BEWARE that you will enter a ZTL (zone of limited traffic) in order to approach the hotel and unload your bags. We were told we could enter, unload our bags, and park either inside the ZTL or outside of it (we parked outside of it) and that there would be no fee -...

Took a trip to visit a friend who is studying abroad and needed to find cheap hotels. Came across Arizona Hotel, it was a great deal and had some good reviews. The reviews don't do this hotel justice. I'm going out of my way to say this is one of the best hotels I've been to in Europe. To give...

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast good; free wifi; nice size family room. The location was too far from the train station for us. Also bus service was not far but while there the bus wasn't running. Chose to taxi there and then to dinner ( 15 euros each time). The staff was VERY helpful! We...

Honestly such a treat to stay here. The owners are the best of the best. They not only treated me well but were great in helping me explore a new city. Friendly and safe in a city I didn't know well. I couldn't ask for more or a budget. If you're looking for a home away from home, hotel Arizona...
