We had a very pleasant stay all travel amenities 5 mins walk away. All major sites nearby. Room 307 smallish, but perfectly adequate. Exceptionally clean, linen changed every two days, bathroom always kept sparkling. Breakfast provided a great start to a heavy days sightseeing. Staff efficient, polite and respectful. Would definitely stay again.

They have very few single- bed rooms and they will not provide a double. First room 224 was dismal, and looking directly into next door. I was staying 6 nights and was very disappointed and complained. Had to stay first night in 224 then I was moved to second room 501 which has a great view with massive terrace but right... More

Ideally located for main station and centre. Great breakfast. Bedroom small with large bedroom. Room cleaned every day and bed linen changed every other day. Had requested room on a high floor with a balcony prior to visit however reception had no record of request and female receptionist unhelpful and unaccommodating.

On our sweaty arrival, walking uphill from the bus station to locate the hotel which was fairly easy to find, not being offered even a glass of water in that heat was something that didn't sit well with me. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff but they are lacking that personal touch. The hotel is a bit old and... More

This small hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and not far from the Uffizi and Duomo. It is also close to many restaurants. We had a very comfortable bed and the Continental breakfasts were good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I loved the hotel simply because its closest to transportation. Just a few min walk and you're at Firenze S.M.N station. It's at a perfect location if your trip involves moving around, it's a perfect base. The room was okay, nothing to write home about but the door needs fixing. Nothing really that bad about the hotel so I would... More

Great place to stay. Just a few minutes walk away from the train station to start and then on certain luggage dropped off and checked in just a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Our room (406) was superb as it had a large balcony as well as a beautiful room. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were all friendly... More

The hotel was pretty good in almost every respect, except for the air conditioning. The staff, location, food, room and everything else were great. We were there for a week, and the ac was not consistent. It was always fixed after mentioning it to the staff, but for people from a cold climate, hot and humid nights were not pleasant.... More

My friend and me got really lucky with this hotel.. Absolutely central in location.. 5 mins from the SMN station , the duomo, San Lorenzo..it was so easy to just come back and rest if we got tired and then step out again.. The hotel staff was extremely helpful right from giving us exact directions to attending to our queries..... More

7 minutes walk from the station and in the city of what you want to see. Friendly stuff and the brekfast was alright. The bed and pillow was the problem for us - we are used to softer versions. The room was clean and the bathroom ok.
