Travelers' Choice
Located in the old town of Florence, the Rivoli Boutique Hotel offers class hospitality with charm, as well as spacious and elegantly decorated hotel rooms and suites. The Rivoli Boutique Hotel is a 4-star superior hotel that is set inside a restored 14th-century Franciscan convent, where guests can breath the charming and unique atmosphere of this ancient historic building in the city of Florence. The restoration has highlighted the architectural details dating back to 1500 such as arches and vaults, coffered ceilings and stone columns. Guests are welcomed in an enchanting setting full of cozy atmosphere, embellished by refined common areas, which are conceived as an oasis of tranquility away from the hectic pace of the city. The Internal Patio, which was obtained from a complete renovation of the Franciscan cloister, is now dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing, featuring an unforgettable 20 sqm-whirlpool that is also open during the winter with a constant water temperature of 36° C. The location could not be better, a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella railway station, the Duomo Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, opposite the ancient and famous Officina Profumo di Santa Maria Novella, and the most important museums. In addition to the interior elegant and spacious patio, the Rivoli Boutique Hotel guests can enjoy the quiteness of the small "garden of medlar", an exceptional lounge where to spend moments of real relax; in summer time the garden is available for breakfast and dinners prepared and served by Benedicta Restaurant , 3 Michelin forks.

Very nice hotel: the staff is kind and accommodating. The hotel is well located, close to the centre, but in a relatively quit area. This makes it a good home base from which to explore Florence. The rooms were nice and clean, swimming pool (although under a reservation regime due to covid-19) was a relief on hot days. We appreciated our stay!

Stayed here in July to spend a couple of days in Firenze with my wife. The hotel is clean, nice staff, very good rooms and I liked the overall atmosphere. 1 thing for improvement was the pool which wasn’t accessible throughout the day but only for reservation. The location was perfect, in the middle of the center near the Duomo. Id definitely recommend the place.

The moment of the check in is the most important one. And when you come to Rivoli you can truly feel it. Francesca welcomed me in in the early morning and her smile and interest on my satisfaction was great! In any moment she took care about providing me an unique experience in my one day trip, with tons of tips and suggestions. After the check in I got a call in my room in order to know if everything was correct. Amazing attention!, A service 5 stars it's not the result of the qualification on a wall in the outside.... A service 5 stars it's the result of people working on it. Great job to all the girls on the front desk and all the people working in cleaning service and buffet ♥️

We had a Smartbox and extended it. It has been a great experience. Location is very boutique. Service is at top level. Position is one of the cleverest in Florence (everything is within 10 mins walking). Every moment You feel welcome. They follow every rule and make everybody do it (which is a fantastic way of providing a fair service). Now for the personnel we met: Thank You all! You made our staying wonderful!!!
