We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. The check in and check out was very smooth. The people are super friendly and nice. The room that we got into had a smoke smell, so we called the reception and ask for another we room. They provided us with another room very fast. The rooms are modern, very clean, spacious. They have everything you need. The gym was small , but ok.

Dirty area, dirty room, no AC and room on the 5th floor is very hot! Asked for a fan and they said “no fan” “open window”. Well it’s 90 degrees easily in the room, humid and it’s gonna rain so, I guess we let the floors get wet, but they prob won’t bring extra towels. Just rude staff.

Any suggestions or opinions related to our service are taken into consideration, assuring that our focus is always to improve our hospitality in any way possible. Regarding AC, we unfortunately had some days of April with an abnormal outside temperature (warmer than we expected) and followed by cooler days. By May temperatures are more stable and thermal shocks are not significant anymore, so AC is definitely on. The hotel as such is nice, relativ clean, except for some little things, like the "mini storage room", which they cleaned up after the complaint. There is no closet in the room, only 10 hangers for 2 people. We were very dissatisfied with the breakfast - ham pork, ham turkey, 1 salami and 1 kind of cheese - emmental, the bread didn't seem fresh. In the restaurant was very cold - the air conditioning was on at a very cold temperature. We expected more from Italy and a 4* hotel. This one was equivalent to 2*-3*. But the most interesting thing was waiting for us - the hotel blocked the whole amount for accommodation 2x! Even after several emails and urgings (to Mrs Silvia) that 1 amount had already been charged, but that they were blocking it again even after 14 days after our departure, there was no solution. Only a complaint to our bank, which acknowledged that the hotel was blocking the amount wrongfully, helped to release it. No one has even apologized so far.…

Regarding the buffet morning breakfast, we have the pleasure of communicating an improvement of quality and variety of the products by the beginning of February. For the double block of the amount (pre-authorizations), it was probably a mistake by our part and we apologize for this. Upon check out all amounts not used are automatically released but due to bank time it may takes up to 21-30 days for success. Stayed one night. Was welcomed by the front desk team. They took my bag as I had to pop out. Returned late in the evening, the room. On level 4 was amazing. It was around d 30m2 with a lounge area and amazing views. The room was clean and warm (in Jan). Really powerful shower, clean and crisp bathroom. A decent selection of pillows with a "pillow menu", had the most amazing night Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and service with a smile. Will be returning on my next trip Thank you

The hotel is basic but clean and convenient to the train station. It’s on a busy street, but the windows are well insulated and traffic noise is minimal. It appears to cater to bus tour groups. There is no concierge and very limited staff. The front desk staff was very young and had no information about area restaurants or public transportation options. The breakfast was fine and the staff in that area worked very hard. Not a good choice of accommodation if you are looking for any insights or ideas or recommendations about Florence. 30-45 minute walk to historic center of town.

I have stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels across Europe and the USA and this was the poorest hotel I have ever experienced for one simple reason....... there was no concept of customer service and their breakfast service in particular was the worst I have ever experienced. On day one my wife complained that the scrambled eggs were cold...she was contradicted. On day two the same...similar response. When she asked for an omelette instead she was told she would have to pay extra! They served the same poor breakfast every day of the week. I even believe that the same food was reproduced daily. I noticed most guests avoided the "hot" buffet entirely after day 1. The bar service was also terrible. Not because the young bartender was poor but he was run off his feet with room service and on several evenings we and some fellow guests gave up after waiting for 15/20 minutes for service. When we asked the two guys tending the reception they said he would come soon. Neither felt it was their job to serve us. They stood there chatting. Unbelievable! Additionally, my wife is diabetic and her drink of choice is Gin and Toni Zero by necessity. Never was there slimline tonic available. Her second choice was Pinot Grigio...there for the first night night but not any other night....the choice was between two other white wines only ....all week. There was no draught beer available either. For a hotel which was asking 450 euro per night for bed & breakfast this was very poor service indeed. The worst I have ever experienced. To be fair the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable although the "Junior Suite " was no more than a slightly larger double room with a couch added in. It did not face the TV and there was no table and chairs as I have experienced in any other suite I have stayed in. Although the hotel shows images of a tall front facade with large windows, our "suite" only had a view over a back alley and the hotel Air-conditioning unit. Yet another disappointment. In fairness the hotel was clean, quiet and fairly well located. I paid 57 euro for a taxi in from the airport only to discover that I could have simply paid 3 euro to arrive 100metres away by tram. At the same time we regret to learn that some other aspects of our hospitality did not completely meet your expectations and we desire to express our apologies for this. Regarding F&B service, we have immediately contacted our F&B Manager to better understand the matters you refer and bring the corrective acts. Our buffet breakfast is composed of a wide range of Italian specialties carefully selected, daily prepared and express cooked. What is not included on the regular buffet, it can be ordered as extra from our Breakfast Menu. Regarding Pinot Grigio wine at the bar, we are really sorry that it wasn’t temporary at disposal, but valid alternatives of white wines are always available. I stayed in this hotel two nights from 17 -19 June 2022 and paid € 1,288.60, very expensive rate for a suite. I thought, with such a high rate hotel will provide me excellent quality not only for the room but also other services. However, it wasn’t the case. Room had mosquitos – my sleep was disturbed – a photo with mosquito is attached. Breakfast was basic (at extra cost on top of the room rate), comparatively not at par with the variety and quality received in a hotel at less than half of the room rate at Mestre (to visit Venice) in the same week. And therefore, I would say that staying in this hotel at the rate € 1,288.60 paid by me for 2 nights does not provide value for money. All other things were reasonably good. Hotel was clean, staffs were cooperative and the location is good to visit tourist attractions in Florence.…

When we spontaneously went to Florence, we called the hotel on the way (in the night 02:00). They wanted to book us only 1 night at the beginning, because they could not see if there are still places the next day. The reception was absolutely unfriendly, received us with a haughty arrogance, as if we were completely out of place. I then left the car, on the instructions of the reception, in their parking lot in front of the hotel, which is only for unloading. In the morning at the reception I asked if it was ok that the car was there. The answer: no, is absolutely not ok. We did you a favor anyway, that you can leave it there overnight (but these smarties have 6 parking spaces for over 120 rooms). Very very smart. After a quick call, with the garage Leopold (with which the hotel works), I was able to park it there for 25€ the night. The room was extremely small. For 2 people it had only 1 towel (the hotel does not only save on parking spaces). So all in all: bad and not recommended.…

They cancelled my booking one day before arrival. They are using the argument, that my credit card was not valid. However, it works fine for my other seven bookings. Magically, they sold out 15 minutes after they cancelled my booking without any notice. I booked early in spring to a much lower price, so it is not difficult to imagine that they simply used a declined credit card as a bad excuse for cancelling a lower priced booking. So be careful to book this hotel in advance - they are simply a scam! Luckily, I found another hotel that thinks my credit card is all fine...
