The room was gorgeous and spotless with every amenity. Every night slippers and a mat was left by our bed...if we needed anything it was brought immediately. The two hotel reps Iloria and Lesia were so helpful showing us where to go on maps, arranging for spa treatments last minute and getting us dinner reservations when we needed. I highly recommend spending a few day’s there. The staff, the property, the room, and the common areas all provide a very tasteful and welcoming environment. Our suite was roomy and beautifully appointment. - Alexandra R3 contributionsFirenze HomeThat was my first one-week trip to Florence, and I couldn't imagine choosing a better place to stay. The hotel is located in ten minutes walk by feet from the central railway station, Santa Maria Novella, which is super convenient. There are several ATMs just around the corner, and the hotel is also close to the Ferragamo museum (the museum has a fantastic exhibition about sustainability). Each room has a book about Salvatore Ferragamo's biography. Or you can visit the library downstairs in the lobby (where breakfasts happen) and also read some books from the Ferragamo museum and others, dedicated art & fashion. The staff is friendly and amazingly helpful — I asked the help with sending postcards, and they guided me throughout the whole process. It was a nice plus that there was an employee who could speak Russian. What I really want to highlight is the hotel's restaurant. I had dinner in it a couple of times and was more than satisfied. The cuisine is original and tasteful; the portions are just the right size. Even if next time during my visit to Florence I won't stay at Gallery Hotel Art (that's doubtful), I will certainly go there for the wonderful dinner. From start to finish the stay was first class. They booked museums, taxis and dinners for us when asked and made sure we felt like we were the most important guests. The entire staff was great. If you arrive early like we did and want to take it easy, just sit in the hotels library with the complimentary waters or coffees and read up. The rooms are spacious, well detailed and well maintained. The bedding was great and when the shutters are closed and shades drawn you wouldn’t know you were in the middle of a city. Florence is a great city and this hotel is in a great location. We would definitely stay there again!!

This hotel sits by the Ponte Vecchio so a better location is not available. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice though ours did not have a sofa or chairs. The air conditioning is fine and the tv has English channels. The breakfast is ok though there are no hot items. The wait staff in the breakfast room will bring you coffee when you first arrive but getting a second cup is not easy. We requested a ground floor room because we do not like European elevators. However, the noise can be quite high until midnight if there is a party at the downstairs bar.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Gallery Hotel. The property is in perhaps the most centrally location of any hotel in Florence, and the staff truly provides a level of service that felt like a 5-star hotel. The breakfast buffet every morning was unexpectedly delightful, and the front desk staff can provide the best recommendations and procure last minute tickets and VIP experiences upon request.

Hotel Gallery Art is nestled in a small quiet quarter in Florence. Its location is perfectly suitable for visitors who wish explore the town because one can reach most attractions in short time. Remarkable point is the helpful, friendly staff who is ready to help with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, all turned very good ! The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Wish they had put some more electric points for charging mobiles and watches. Thanks !

Florence is a magical city and the Hotel Gallery art is a magical hotel. The location is amazing less than a stone throw from the Ponce de vecchio bridge. You are within walking distance of all of the major sites and several terrific restaurants. Being just a block off the main street allows for a very quiet and uncongested surrounding. The breakfast offered is top notch, And the selection is huge. The hotel staff is dedicated to making sure that your stay is perfect, We asked for some restaurant suggestions and each was spot on. They helped us to secure tickets for a church concert and made several phone calls to get us needed information on various openings and going ons. To say they are at your beck and call in an understatement.

We stayed here for two glorious nights. The staff were amazing and it’s right in the heart of the city. We drove all the way in, with the help of some excellent directions and Google Maps of course. They will arrange valet parking. Very relaxing atmosphere with access to a roof bar at a sister hotel. Make sure you book a table for this experience however.

Staff was amazing and accommodating , especially Julie at the front desk and Roberto. They upgraded us to a larger room when we found out we had a king bed but wanted two twin beds. They were both always smiling and ready and delivered terrific customer service

This was a beautiful hotel with lovely art displayed throughout. The rooms were spacious, cool, and the beds were first class. The location right next to the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge, Arno, and Piazza della Signoria where the replica David is located was perfect. The service was great our entire time there but was exceptional when my wife lost a diamond ring down the sink drain. She called the front desk and two gentlemen were up within a couple of minutes. They said they would call a service tech first thing in the morning. The next day, we went touring and came back from lunch, and the cleaned ring was waiting for us. They also refused any payment for this. We then had lunch at their partner hotel next door, which was our best of the trip. I highly recommend this hotel.…

What an amazing hotel tucked away and literally 2 minute walk to pontavechio Bridge. Staff were amazing, very friendly and professional. Breakfast was based on a continental style with everything fresh and wonderfully presented. Our room was very comfortable but TV channels limited but we didn't go to Florence to watch TV. Overall an amazing experience and hopefully returning in 2025.
