The owners of the hotel go extra miles to make their guests feel at home. We enjoyed every part of our stay: the breakfast buffet was lovely with the owner greeting every guest personally; Landry service was convenient, very reasonably priced, and carefully handled; despite being a hotel with such a long history, the rooms are very clean and well... We just spent 5 nights at the Hotel Casci - excellent location convenient to the major Florence attractions and train stations. The staff was great - the Hotel had a "bed and breakfast" attitude. The breakfast was great - fresh eggs to cook, fresh cut fruit, many other choices. The rooms were small but clean - I think the sheets... More

This was my second stay in this hotel, and I would absolutely come again! The location is fantastic – on a fairly quiet street and very close proximity (less than 5 minutes walking) to the Accademia (David), the Duomo, and 10 minutes walking from the Uffizi. Just a short taxi from the main train station. The family run hotel staff... More

The location of this hotel is absolutely brilliant. You find yourself mere steps away from the Duomo and practically next door to the ancestral home of the Medici. We were given the small but well designed room 12 but since we had a lot of bags Pierre proactively offered to upgrade us to a larger room the next morning (... More

Hotel Casci is an excellent choice when visiting Florence. The location is close to the Duomo, train station, Academia & Uffizi and yet far enough away from the crowds and noise. After a long day of touring the city, it was a pleasure to return to the peace and quiet of the Casci to rest and recharge. The staff were... More

If you want to stay at a Family Owned Hotel where everyone cares about you, this is IT! Best Location, Amazing Breakfast included. Discounts if you pay cash. The rooms are well maintained and with a family of four, this was, BY FAR, the best hotel for us. Our pillows were the perfect size and shape! Our walls prevented us... More

Best location! Close to everything...duomo, market, multiple plazas, museums. Academia. Restaurants. 10-15 min at most walk from train. I believe it is family owned -- they really care about your visit want you to have a good experience in their hotel and in your travels each day. If you need help, ask. They will do their best! Super clean (important... More

The location is great but the hotel is sub par. I originally booked my stay at San Giuliano Inn (1 block away, on the same street) but I did not book the correct amount of days so I needed to book a 1 night stay. I booked here, for connivence. The room is basic and the walls are in need... More

We thank this guest for his/her comments, as suggestions are always useful in order to improve our standard. On one side, we are sorry to learn that he/she found our pillows too thin - however, we would like to point out that in each room there are extra pillows (and blankets) for the guests to use and some more are... Room and bed were great. Staff was very helpful if anything was needed. We took advantage of the breakfast that was offered and it was wonderful. I even made a special request one morning at the breakfast buffet, and they happily fulfilled my request. The breakfast ladies were fabulous!! They hotel was very central to everything that we needed to... More

We were delighted with how close this was to everything. Unlike Rome, we were able to walk everywhere because of its lication. Family owned and extremely helpful. Recommended several places for lunch and dinner and each time we were very pleased with the food and service. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Would stay here again!
