Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.

Hotel is well located for all sightseeing. The hotel bar is lovely but small so not always able to get in to when busy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Didn't have the breakfast as we dont really eat it and went out for coffee in the many osterias that are around, but it did look lovely

Loved the location, you can see the Duomo from the rooms’ big windows. No USB or electrical outlets near you night table, I had to remove the side lamp cord from the wall to hook up my changer and converter. Breakfast was not included and was disappointed a bit for the price I paid in a superior room that the only coffee available is Nescafé sachets .. but you can cross the street and have the best Americano!

The hotel location and roof top terrace was the most amazing. The view from the roof top is truly exceptional. The staff and service were also excellent. The rooms were very clean and updated. The upper level rooms have a better view.

Stayed three nights in this upscale hotel. Booked a suite with bedroom and pull out sofa in the living room for my daughter. It was a very nice accommodation. The hotel was close to restaurants, shops and major attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the rooftop bar had fabulous views. This hotel was pricier than others we considered but I felt it was worth it.

Great location, nice rooms, and a great breakfast spread. The staff was very helpful and guided us well. The hotel gave us packed breakfast for an early morning departure for us. Overall a very nice stay, where you can see the Duomo from one side and other historical monuments the other side.
