Room (19...) was nothing short of fantastic but the smell of cigarette was everywhere, which was disappointing, especially since I always ask for a non smoking room. Even though I asked if it would be possible to take care or reduce the problem, nothing was really done unfortunately. On the good side, the breakfast and the restaurant space were great... More

Not on a busy street - away from the noise but close to attractions. As in many of the historical hotels it would not be convenient for those having trouble with stairs but offers a glimpse into the past in exchange. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful.

Wonderful location, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Fun to have a bar on sight. Only downside was the stairs though the bell person was always ready to accommodate us. Laura at reception was especially helpful, printing our boarding passes, suggesting restaurants, arranging tours,

Besides being a wonderful hotel it is the staff that makes a difference ... everyone from the front desk to the bus boys could not do enough to make our stay outstanding. This is a converted convent, but you would never know it. Clean and modern, with a wonderful morning buffet. Well located.

I loved this hotel. The location was central. Very walkable to sites and restaurants.. We had a room in what must have been an old coach house. The room had two floors joined by an old stone, winding staircase. The hotel had a lovely terrace which was located outside our room. I loved the place!

Staff was courteous and helpful with questions. English friendly. Small bar adequately stocked but ask front desk for service. Rooms cleaned daily and had a convenient well-stocked mini bar. Great breakfast spread from 7:30-10:00am.

My partner and I stayed here on our trip to Florence and we couldn't say a bad thing about this place. The location is unbeatable,it's so close to the Duomo and they even provide bicycles to explore the city, aside from the cobble stones it is the best way to get about! The staff were friendly and always happy to... More

This was my favorite hotel we stayed at! It was in the perfect location for walking everywhere! Our room was so nice and big! We had 2 bathrooms, plenty of space and the air conditioning was so cold! Loved our room at the top of the stairs! One of the coolest hotels ever! Would definitely stay there again!

Nice and good location and pretty room but no personal touch in service. Would be nice if the reception of the hotel welcomes you ! The hotel has all the possibilities to upgrade the atmosphere! More eye for detail is necessary !
