We got a city map from her roght away and she gave us useful tips on bars, coffee places and tours wich were all very helpful. The style... More

Air conditioning and wifi worked well. Great location and walkable to all major sights. East to find from central station, about an 8 min walk and good restaurants nearby. Many helpful suggestions by the hotel staff and the check in was a breeze with the emailed door code. Great stay!

I came here with a group of students in March 2016 for their Spring break, for a 3-night stay in Florence. What a fantastic selection this place is! Here is a quick list of pros and cons: Pros: -the desk service; the employees are helpful and meticulous. I don't think I've had better service anywhere in the world\ -the location... More

We could not have had a better experience than the one this hotel provided! Many budget hotels have outlets that don't work and give the feeling of being not quite clean, but this one was spotless, with everything in perfect working order and a staff that was as friendly and helpful as any I've ever encountered. The owner and manager... More

Wonderful for those who are touring florence. They do have limited desk hours, but you can check yourself in at night and finish it in the morning with a staff member (they break it all down in an email when you book, very easy) PERFECT location and GREAT price. My boyfriend and I aren't very picky at all, but we... More

I was traveling alone and stayed in Florence for a couple of days. it was a perfect coincidence I had found this wonderful and peaceful place with ab-so-lu-te-ly amazing and professional people working there! the location is perfect as well. The Duomo was just round the corner and next day it took me about 15 mins to reach the railway... More

The hotel is pretty good, toilet is clean and my room was quite big but you have to pay your breakfast and it's not so good the quality. The position is very good, near Piazza San Marco where all the buses start, also the one who travels towards Fiesole.

Stayed in April and had a private room with small private bath. Staff were very helpful and friendly but have limited service desk hours. Unfortunately the shared bath was right outside my room and it has visitors frequenting at all hours which was a nuisance and noisy.

The hotel is located 7 mins walk from Duomo, 10 mins from the station, 5 mins from Mercato Centrale. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. The guy on the reception gave me a map with all the directions, tips and suggestion of where and when to go. You can find information (opening times, price, location) about local... More
