We stayed for 3 nights just recently and loved our time here. Sandra and Giovanni are lovely people, they go to so much effort to make sure their guests have a lovely stay. Sandra was so helpful with everything - restaurant suggestions, sites to visit, maps and even boxes for us to send things back to Australia. We felt really...

We had a great stay - Sandra was helpful and friendly and gave us tips on things to do, and we were able to borrow guide books which was useful e.g. for visiting the Uffizi. The room was quiet and close to nice local places to eat and only a short walk from the historic centre of town. Breakfast was...

From the very start, our time at Orti di Cimabue was welcoming and lovely. Our room was just beautiful and even though it overlooked the street, it was very quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast each day was delicious and plentiful - an absolute bargain for the 6 euro price. It was so lovely...

We received an email with directions how to get to the B&B that were so exact -- it said 9 stops from the train station! (And it was). We arrive and easily spent a half hour with Sandra telling us places to see/do/eat while in Florence! Both hosts made us feel at home. Beautiful room that opened to the garden...

I stayed there for 3 nights in Florence, I was looking for a fair price, without being too far from the center. This B&B is a great deal as it is situated just outside the main touristy area, so it's a nice walk until you reach the places of interest. It's also close to a couple of non touristy restaurants...

A wonderful B&B in walking distance of all the highlights of Florence. Sandra and Giovanni are the nicest, welcoming people and make you feel at home. The beds are super comfortable, the breakfast was really nice and the rooms were just perfect to us. Would definitely recommend this to all of our friends and stay there again next time.

First of all, just realize that this is, at least to some extent, a budget hotel. It is not a luxury property. Having said that, it was absolutely perfect for us. The room was a good size and pretty, and ours opened up to a charming outdoor patio/garden. The hosts were flexible with us and allowed us to have breakfast...

We would not doubt any second to return to this bed and breakfast. It provided the value we are looking for. Sandra is a fantastic host. She provided good suggestions to visit Firenze and her advise on restaurants was perfect. We had great chat on the Italian experience. The location is on walking distance of the city center.

“I haven't seen the other rooms, so I don't know about them, but ours opened onto a patio/garden where we could eat breakfast. Not sure how many of those rooms there are, I think one or two, but that was a great feature.”
