Hotel's Favorite
The entire staff were so welcoming and friendly. They were able to give us an upgrade for our honey moon. They greeted us with a custom made fruit drink since they know we don’t drink alcohol. The location is perfect you almost never need a taxicab. The wifi is great, the breakfast is amazing, the room is warm and the bathroom is promptly cleaned. I even call the staff when I’m out of the hotel and need assistance or advice. Special thanks to Mr. Danielle who made the stay from great to perfect!

The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Francesco at the front desk. The breakfast was very good. It was included with our rate and included custom orders. They even had a juicer with a selection of fresh vegetables and fruit. The only negative is that the room was a bit small and no view.

We were lucky enough to find a room available at this fairly small boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. We were within easy walking distance from anywhere in Florence that we wanted to visit from the front door of the Golden Tower Hotel. Thanks to a last minute cancellation, we had the option to upgrade to the best room in the hotel that had its own balcony with a hot tub. To say this hotel was incredible is an understatement. The hotel staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and made the already great stay, over the top. The only negative thing that I can say about our stay was that our bed was too firm for our liking. However, that is a personal preference and did not detract from our enjoyment of this boutique hotel.

We spent 5 nights in Florence to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the town we got married 4 years ago. Selected Golden Tower as our hotel and got great service in a wonderfully located hotel that met or exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities as you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Anazing staff. Beautiful cozy room. Decor is stunning. Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything. We had such an amazing stay. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection to choose from. Lobby bar makes delicious negronis and aperol spritz. Highly recommend. Perfect stay.

Very nice, centrally located. I got the smallest room and it was plenty big for me or even two people. Very well kept and super clean. Breakfast was typical buffet style with plenty of choices. I didn't use the Spa. The bathroom is very large, which isn't typical for a small room. Staff was great and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a great spot - every major sight in Florence is within walking distance. Staff were very courteous and helpful and the room was great (with the best air conditioning we had in all of italy)! The breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend!

I took a last-minute solo trip to Florence, and the Golden Tower Hotel & Spa was one of the only luxury hotels available for a booking - it did not disappoint! Centrally-located (5 mins walk from the Duomo, 5 mins from Ponte Vecchio, 10 mins walk from the Firenze SMN train station), super clean, and the most amazing staff. The breakfast was included and was perhaps the biggest delight! A beautiful spread every morning, with the most amazing pastries and fresh juice. The room was clean (and the turn-down service at night was an especially nice treat), and the bed incredibly comfortable for sleeping after the long days of exploring Tuscany. I would be remiss to not mention the incredible staff - from Daniele, Gisel, and Francesco at the hotel reception/concierge, to the hardworking housekeeping staff, wait staff, and staff at the spa, each worked so well to make stay an incredible experience. The Hotel is centrally located so a great place to stay for all the amazing places to see and shops. The staff were amazing, they were so helpful cheerful and efficient. The breakfast was amazing and everywhere was incredibly clean. Highly recommended!
