This was an exceptional place for us, two mature couples, to stay. It is in an idea location right in the centre of Florence and within easy walking distance of all the main sites. There is a small lift that means getting luggage to apartments is relatively easy although guests may encounter a few steps. We had a 2 bedroomed... More

We stayed at tourist house Ricci for two nights and it was in the best location! Right next to the duomo, and around the corner from San Lorenzo and the Mercanto Centrale. It was a great location to centre ourselves for exploring Florence. The room was nice and the owner was friendly. There is no one to check you in... More

Horrible! Our family of 5 stayed in Apartment #2, which I think is the leftover apartment. I booked directly with Tourist House Ricci instead of third party, at their suggestion, to avoid overbooking. I even confirmed our apartment the week before because I had heard about overbooking issues with some hotels. Christine specifically confirmed our reservations and said the Apartment... More

This really was a lovely place to stay - the apartment was about a 2 minute walk away from the Duomo so very central. First impressions of the apartment was that it was absolutely stunning - very nicely furnished, very clean and lots of space. Fully funtioning air con throughout, which was appreciated when the temperature outside hit 35 degrees!... More

Thesis a perfect spot. Rate was great for Florence. We had 7 so it was the separate building about 1 block away from the Square. No problem with that more and it was preferred. The balcony is worthless on this apartment and should only be advertised as a smoking pit o the roof.

We arrived in Florence at noon and were met by the manager. I don't recall her name, but she was helpful, and we stored our luggage with her while we toured the city waiting for our room to be cleaned. I had requested the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and was happily surprised at the great location (only a... More

I would definitely not recommend this bnb at all!! On the first day when we arrived, the bnb staff came downstairs to greet us. However, despite seeing us carrying 2 heavy luggages, they offered no help at all to carry the luggages up. The room which we have gotten is generally fair with regards to the size. The switches to... More

Three of us stayed here for four nights, it was perfect in every way. Good size two bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry. Very clean with comfy beds, strong Wifi and the location was amazing and priced reasonable. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is the best in Florence in all aspects: the location, it is just walking distance to the Duomo and strategically located near Accademia Gallery and Uffizi Gallery and all shopping areas, the price is very reasonable as it has 3 big bedrooms which can accomodate 6 guests, and the interior is clean wth very good wifi, the staff... San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo’s lively merchants shout out from behind stalls with an array of products in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Florence. Different ethnic groups join together in the large outdoor market of San Lorenzo and in the Central Market, a vast multi-floored building. Visitors are bound to fall in love with this area and in particular, with its variety of food, especially those focusing on Florentine dishes as well as international selections.
