We forewarned the guest house we would be arriving very late in the evening and this was not a problem to them. We arrived around midnight after the taxi finally found it and was warmly greeted, shown the room and he turned all lights on to assist us. However our suite was next to a communal lift that did get...

Just returned from a fabulous 4-night stay, we had a suite and it was like having your very own Florentine pied-à-terre. Wonderful location, just a 10 Minute walk to the Duomo, and all major attractions close to hand, along with a supermarket across the road, bars and cafes nearby. The location was quiet as treble glazed, clean with a helpful...

Initially I thought it is just a normal and cheap B&B however the service is immaculate. The staffs are friendly to the point that they would go the extra mile just to assist you with your request. Room is alright and it will be clean daily. Overall, didn't expect much but had a wonderful stay there. Will certainly recommend everyone...

This is in a good location; not too central (10 minutes walk from Uffizi) so not crowded with tourists. For Florence the costs are reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful reception staff. No breakfast!

This is a very nice B&B. We were upgraded to a suite, which was on the front of the building, but nevertheless very quiet. The manager/owner (Mario) and everyone who worked there were very helpful and responsive to any need. They provide a chit for continental breakfast at a bar, Finisterre, on Piazza Santa Croce, which has some of the...

Perfect location, 10 minutes of a beautiful walk through Florence to the tourist attractions of the city and only 15 minutes walking to the train station. The staff are extremely helpful, with maps and tips and we even got a voucher for a free breakfast that was delicious. The Guest House has a variety of dishes and glasses to borrow...

We absolutely loved the triple room we stayed for 2 night and it was very comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and the bed all were very comfortable. Also very good restaurants close by and the shopping areas and few main attractions are all walkable. We did cook our breakfast in the B&B. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Florence. We are very familiar with the neighborhood since she lived on Via dei Pepi while studying abroad and we love the Santa Croce area. It is close enough for everything but now twin the tourist trap areas. We found the B&B to be very nice, clean and comfortable....

Room was enough for 2 people. A.C and Wifi works perfectly. There is a small refrigerator in the room for free usage. There are free coffee, tea and cookies in the common room. Towels changed only 1 time in 3 days. No smoking in the room. There were so many mosquitos around they bit us over and over again, so...

I stayed in Firenzi with mu husband and my father and his wife from the 17 to the 20May and we got two double rooms.
