This place exudes quality from the moment you enter the front door. The styling is excellent and quirky throughout and really is different to many of the other hotels that are on offer these days. Lorenzo was a really friendly and accommodating host and was full of advice on places to visit, restaurants to frequent and places to avoid! Both...

My wife and I spent three wonderful nights at this location. Lorenzo was very welcoming and helpful with great advice on locations for dining, shopping, and touring. The room was very cozy, quiet and romantic. The court yard was a great place unwind, have a glass of wine and meet some of the other guests if you so wish. The...

We stayed two nights in the La Fontanella room in June 2013. We would actually say that the room and the service (thanks Lorenzo!) was amazing and would rate it 5/5..the only slight drawback, and it is only slight, is that the location of the hotel is probably 15 minutes walk north of the Duomo. We didn't find that too...

Lovely, relaxing little hotel very near the centre of Florence. Only short walks to all the sites. Excellent service and advice. We were able to park our car in a car park close by, no hassle and quite cheap. This hotel was a great find and we hope to go back again.

Lorenzo was very helpful and sweet. The pictures are a little misleading but the rooms are definitely nice, just cramped and sometimes oddly laid out. The location was just okay, you are a little bit of a hike from most of the main action. Also, don't count on breakfast or good coffee.

At first glance, I was a bit disappointed. Pictures look much better than reality. My room (likely to be the smallest of the 5 available) was just next to the street and the main entrance... You need ear plugs. The location is not central and in best developed area. The patio is very small. It s more a B than...

We stayed here on the last 3 days of our honeymoon. Lorenzo had a bottle of champagne waiting for us on our arrival! He even helped us get reservations at a delicious restaurant- Osteria Pepo. We had La Nicchia room and it was small but a great price. There was no breakfast available, but there was a delicious pasticceria called...

We stayed at Mr My Resort in Florence in early April for three nights. The rooms are unique and charming, small like most European hotels, but nicely decorated with a mix of antique furniture and modern features We enjoyed the courtyard and the ability to step outside for fresh air or to sit and have a glass of wine. It...

I've stayed here several times now and love it every time! Its an old Insane Allilum! The rings on the wall are still there!!!!! Inside there is an open to the sky courtyard, with shelter around the edges decorated beautifully. We had a downfall of rain one day and decided after seeing the Medicci Palace we would get provisions and...
