Stayed in Florence at Boutique Hotel Hugo for three nights and was very happy with the accommodation. Rocco and the entire staff that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable equipped with pretty much everything you would need during your stay (e.g. air conditioning, toiletries, etc.). I especially appreciated how large and modern the bathrooms were which you usually don't find in Europe at this kind of price point. Decent location if you are okay with walking a bit - about 15 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella station. Lots of really good restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall I would highly recommend Boutique Hotel Hugo and I will likely be returning next time I come to Florence!

Just a few yards off Piazza San Marco. This was excellent value for money in all respects - location, accommodation and high quality breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and recently refurbished. Our room overlooked the rear of the hotel and consequently had no noise during the night.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent with nearby restaurant suggestions.
Will not hesitate to return and recommend to others.

Well located hotel, about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the city center. Parking is available in the Parterre garage, a 10-minute walk from the hotel (€15 per day). The hotel itself is located on the third floor of a terraced house. The manager is happy to help you carry your luggage up and down. So no elevator. Very friendly reception. Very nice room. Bed beautifully made every day. Quite hard mattress. Air conditioning. Closet available, no safe. Well, frigo. Big TV. WIFI worked very well. Nice bathroom, a bit on the small side but it was fine. Good shower. Delicious breakfast, consisting of croissants and sandwiches with cheese, ham and tomatoes. Fruit juice, yoghurt and fruit also provided. No choice buffet. But all very tasty.

Very quiet and comfortable but only two blocks from where the action starts. Access to less touristy part of town by going North. Climate control per room under guest control. Balcony for fresh air. Very comfy beds. Service is very personal and caring. Tons of high-flow hot water in the shower. Housekeeping accommodated us with an in room electric kettle. The manager, Rocco, noticed I was having trouble with WiFi and upgraded the whole system the next day. I had to handle an urgent work situation the day after that and had zero problems with the WiFi.

Hotel Boutique Hugo in Firenze is a perfect place for your stay. Nice, clean, comfy and its location is perfect, just 10 or 15 minutes walk to the main attractions of the city (less than 5 to Galleria dell’Accademia, San Marco or Santissima Annunziata). Rooms and hotel facilities are extremely clean and breakfast is very good, served with love by the staff, which makes the difference. Rocco, the hotel manager, is helpful and friendly, and he will help you with everything you need. Good value for money. I definitely will stay here when I come back to Firenze.

This hotel is excellent for what it is and the price. Third floor of a building, with 10 rooms and one dining area. The rooms are basic but fine, have good air conditioning and the bed is comfortable. We found the hotel quiet and the windows have good sound insulation. The bathroom is small but modern. Breakfast is substantial - choice of cereals, fruit and yoghurt. The breakfast attendant will bring you coffee, cake and sandwiches. Good hotel for it's rating and price point

My husband and I have visited Florence many times.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights . Location is amazing , 5-12 mins to Duomo and 20 min to Ponte Vecchio by walking. There’s a garage around the corner and charges $25 euros/day.
Breakfast is good and Rocco is very helpful. Room is clean.
I would definitely booked this hotel again.

Great location with easy walking to all that Florence has to offer. Rocco made some great suggestions and local restaurants and eateries to try..
The rooms are very well appointed and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable with lovely linen.
Rocco provides a 5 star service, very helpful, goes above and beyond and breakfast is superb.
Highly recommend and hope to visit again.
The access is upstairs but Rocco kindly helped with our bags so not a problem

We loved our stay at this hotel.
Rocco and his mom are both super kind and really helpful! We felt like staying at home.
The room was really nice and the air conditioner was perfect for those hot days and the location was really good. It allowed us to go back between activities to rest a bit or refresh.
