The people are exceptionally helpful and kind. Breakfast is beautiful. The hotel is well situated (the tramway is close) for visits What I did not like was - to have to pay extra money on top of the Vivabox payment for a noisy room. - the noise was from the street ( you could hear every single vehicle passing ) - the noise was from inside too (doors being opened and closed).
We had a lovely stay and were made to feel really at home. The host was very attentive and could not have been more helpful. Because of the Covid we had to have breakfast in our room but the host brought fresh coffee every morning. The room is big and airy with a lovely clean bathroom that has everything you could need, shower cap, shower fresh etc. The location is close to the train station and only a few minutes from Tram 1 which is every 5 minutes and takes you into the center of town for only 1.50euro. would really recommend the "Leonardo da Vinci Interactive museum", really interesting and fascinating for both children and adults! Florence is about 1 hour from Pisa which is worth a days trip. But Ladies watch your bag in Florence as I had mine dipped, they only got a purse of change but it did upset me and left me feeling very shaky :-( …
We booked this hotel using a buy a gift voucher so dates can be limiting but we had a lovely time. We walked from the station to the Hotel but it would also have been very easy to get the tram. The hotel is not far from the centre but the frequency of the tram makes it a perfect place to stay. We had a downstairs room which was of a decent size, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast which was served from 8-10 was very good, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurts etc. Staff were very helpful and we were given a lot of very useful information on check in. All in all a very good place to stay.
Wonderful B & B with nice big room with en suite bathroom. There is a restaurant round the corner from the B & B which serves good food and if you are a Prosecco drinker then you will enjoy this. In the area is a reasonable priced wine shop that is worth visiting.
I like the accommodation, the room was ok , clean with a little balcony, enjoy this thing. The breakfast : eggs, bread, fruits, some mortadella and another salami, cheese, jam, nutella, some very good tart , cookies, croissant , melon red and yellow, honey, good coffee (capucino i served, recomand it), some fruit juce, water. In the room i have a minibar with the prices listed in it. In the bathroom you will find some free product for washing. If you have the flight in the evening you can. Let the luggage at the reception, but attention , at the reception the guy is only until 15:30. Until i arrived at the hotel, i send an email with the voucher and also to confirm the booking and everything was confirmed. When i arrived, the door was looked and nobody answered at the phone, so i send an email . In that moment a man came fron the inside , it was a client and helped me to call again the receptionist . He answered and transmit me that the key is in the room with all the instruction in there. Also i had an email with the code acces . Everything was ok, but be aware of this info, he is until 15:30 at reception and you have to call him if you arrive later or announce. The local tax is 3 euro per night . In the second day i found my room cleaned , which i liked very much. …
I was greeted by friendly receptionist who helped me with directions and tips for Florence. He also helped me with my bag because I was staying at a flat about 7 minutes away. It was ciean and tastefully furnished. I loved the area, 4 tram stops away from the central station. The trams come every 5 minutes or so. I would definitely stay there again.
We stayed at this relais for 2 days thanks to a voucher given us as a gift. The structure is a beautiful ancient palace and the interior is new. The style is "vintage". The owner was very kind and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and it's not so far from the city centre. You need to take a bus to go there (it takes 10 minutes). We didn't have breakfast included but there were some teas, biscuits...to have a little breakfast. You can add the buffet breakfast paying 5 euro. It's perfect to have a weekend in Florence. Bel posto, tranquillo, pulito e non lontano dal centro. Serve però il bus per raggiungerlo. Personale cordiale.
A sisters on tour mini city break was made all the more special by this charming home from home. We had a warm welcome from Angelo and a perfectly quiet room which was a good size, had a small settee and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was ample with fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, breads, cold meat and cakes. Just a short walk to the No 4 bus around the corner which will take you into the centre of Florence or return you to the station. Very clean and a welcoming stay which I would happily recommend.
A comfortable, room in a welcoming small hotel run by very friendly people. Located half an hour walking from the Duomo, and slightly less to the station, there is no lift to get cases to the upstairs rooms, so the hotel is good for people who are fit and want to explore Florence outside of the Centre.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very comfortable room quite with tea making facilities. Owners and staff very friendly. Breakfast very satisfying. Couldn't have asked for more. Location was within walking distance of the center approximately thirty minutes of fairly easy walking. Taxi from railway station thirteen euros.
