Price is good if you are travelling on a tight budget. Four in a room at about 160 per day is a good deal. However, if you are more used to a regular hotel there are a few things to consider: no AC, and in the Florentine summer that can be a problem even with two fans in the room.... More

We stayed at one of the attic rooms in July 2016. The room they gave us was big with 4 beds (we are two). The WiFi on those floors was not working, which was important for us but the man on the reception said it was working for everyone and that I should insert the right password (I think I... More

Very nice and friendly staff. However, my son and I were in Florence during the period where bridge was damaged so water supply was terribly affected. Woke up with no water to brush teeth nor shower. Hotel management knew about the water supply problem and could have supply us bottled water at least for our basic requirements. There were big... More

Dear randomtraveller747 I remember perfectly You and Yr. Son. As You wrote Your stay in our hotel coincided with the breaking of the main water pipes in Florence. The entire city of Florence has remained for about 7 hours with reduced water pressure to the minimum. Our Hotel thanks to our tanks of 5000 liters has been able to ensure... More

Really nice place. Exactly what I was looking for: quiet, close to the center, comfortable and affordable. The room was small as I was traveling by myself, but very clean and well kept. Excellent capuccino at breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

Familiar environment, very nice and friendly staff. Good location. Very clean place. Definitely good value comparing with other accommodation in Florence. Restaurants in the area very good and reasonable price, we loved ' Pinnolo', typical Italian restaurant with very nice Italian wine.

We highly recommend this hotel. Super clean and spacious room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good, cappuccino was excellent! We stayed 2 nights there, it's at a walking distance to all the touristic points.

The hotel is reasonable 30 min walk to the old Florence area. Down the street by the old arch is 2 nice cafes/ coffee shops for breakfast. Mattress is old and pillows flat. Room 3 faces the road which is quite noisy with scooters racing by. Good news is that this time of year you can shut the sound deadening... More

Had the best time at this hotel. Great walk to the center, safe location, staff was wonderful. Laundry facility is just down the road. They always answered our questions. Was not loud at all. The balcony was the best part. I would stay again.

Booked last minute when travel plans changed. Accommodations were clean and reasonably priced. A light breakfast was included in the price. Be prepared to haul luggage up stairs - which was "literally" a pain. Would stay again.
