We had a lovely stay in Villa Etna - 2 families travelling together from Australia. It is located a little out of town but is such a lovely spot with Mt Etna in the background. Our expectations were not fulfilled. When we arrived, the appartment was not cleaned. The floor was dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere. The furniture is used, the bathroom is moldy.
