Since parking in Sicily is difficult to find, this hotel, right on the waterfront, was a bonus with ample parking right in front of the hotel. We found the location was excellent since we could walk into Ortigia and although walking at night might seem sketchy, we didn't feel unsafe. The mattresses could have been better but the rooms were... More

The hotel is a real 3 stars, with services on the average and also installations. Breakfast poor. Family room spacious. Beds not so comfortable. Room bath on the average also. Position quite good, at 15 min walking of Ortigia. Parking available.

We came by chance to this hotel because it was easy to park here. We got a nice room. It wast clean and the aircondition got the heat down at once. This is a small hotel. Originally this house belonged to a fishing famlily. It is situated by the sea. The name Sparcadero means pulling the boats on shore. Its a... More

A lovely location to stay. It is right on the marina side with a small fishing harbor nearby. There is a huge parking area in front. It is quite safe to park there just in front of the reception. Nice greeting and a lovely decoration everywhere. The rooms were huge and quite pleasant. WiFi connection was great too. The hotel... More

We stayed in the hotel for four nights. The first room we got, didn't have a seaview terrasse as shown on the booking site. When we asked about it, is was arranged so we could have that room in stead. The rooms we clean, big (nice when a family of four), the staff very helpfull and frindly and the location... More

First off, we found the hotel had an optimal location, just a few minutes walk to Ortigia, one of the highlights in Siracusa (can even be done with children, and great for a midnight stroll). If travelling by car, needless to say you will find ample parking space right on the doorstep of the hotel itself. I would also recommend... More

A very good place if you visit Siracusa! On walking distance from Ortigia (5 mins) and the Archeological park (15 mins). Daniele and his family/staff did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely return with a Georeizen group ( 18 pax) on our next volcanotrip to Italy.

Location great, parking more than ample. Room was clean and well presented. However, we found the room had a slight sewerage smell about it. Also, some of the main staff came across as slightly unwelcoming with a bit of a negative attitude. Ok for a short stay.

We were misled when booking the hotel and were told that vehicles above a certain size were not allowed, so we pictured a very congested location. Imagine our surprise ! Next to a yacht harbour the approach is fine, the view pleasing, and there is no sense of congestion at all. This is an unusually designed hotel with some rooms... More

Nice clean rooms and excellent service. Like other reviews the rooms on the main road are very noisy so we moved to the port side which was great except that one of the nights was a Friday so the bar next door had thumping music until 1.30am. Perhaps rooms in between the port and the main road may be better?... More
