Stayed with a friend. Typical nice small hotel in a good location. Everything was good until breakfast. At breakfast my friend filled his small bottle with water from a big bottle. The waiter started to yell at him that the water is only for consumption with breakfast. My friend said: ok charge my account for this. But the waiter kept...

This charming old hotel is in Ortygia, the old part of Syracuse, so not convenient for the archaeological sites nor museums, but set in such a pretty old town, surrounded by the sea, that it is worth the slight inconvenience. The rooms have all been well modernised and we were fortunate to be given a huge room with dual aspect...

This hotel has amazing location, great rooms with oceanfront views and balconies, Great value and great service. I would have given them five stars except for two things. They give you soap that never lathers, and a toilet that never flushes properly. I understand that this part of Sicily has very old plumbing so I can forgive the toilet. But...

This is a very nice hotel, well located! The view is amazing - in front of the sea!!!! Rooms and bathroom are nice, clean and large Staff is warm and very attentive. If you go by car is difficult to park but they offer a vallet garage. Price is ok.

I had a lovely suite with a comfortable bed. The hotel is right on the waterfront and everything is walkable from there. The breakfast was quite nice, and the waiter called me by name both days. Be sure to call the hotel when you cross into Ortigia to get directions. Parking was by valet and there was a daily charge.

This is a beautiful location on the waterfront. We had a courtyard view and loved it....very quiet. The room was large by local standards, clean and nicely appointed. We found the staff to be average. They did their job but weren't particularly pleasant or friendly.

Friendly staff, beautifull and clean rooms, great sea view, a very good and tasty breakfast, nearby the historic centre of ortigia...so nothing to complain about... There only was the parking problem...we lost half a day in the local police station because the mirrors were stolen from our rented car at the public parking lot... but we could easyli relativate this...

We stayed at this property in October 2016. We were traveling with friends and requested sea view rooms-we were not disappointed. One of our rooms had a balcony that we could sit on and have a glass of wine, but most balconies were very small. Rooms were large and very comfortable. We had a great buffet breakfast every morning with...

I am not sure this Hotel should call itself a Boutique hotel, it may well have been in the past. The best point’s great location and staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean. One point to bear in mind when booking is that not all rooms have a sea view, this is not always clear from the other...

We had a ocean view room with two balconies and this was on our budget. Amazing place with the pasiagatta (sp?) street around the corner. I'd return in a heartbeat. The staff was incredibly sweet, rooms clean and quite, tasty breakfast.
