Excellent location: 10 minutes walking from the main train station, and right in the middle of the most important neighborhoods in Palermo. Extremely convenient to explore the city. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Facilities are OK, although a little upgrading would be advisable. All in all, it’s a very good option in which to stay for a budget visit to the Sicilian capital.

The main advantage of this hotel is an perfect location at a very reasonable price. "Perfect" means 100 meters to Piazza Pretoria and 600 meters to Palermo Centrale where we arrived by train and where we took the bus to Borsalino Falcone airport. Our windows looked out on via Vittorio Emanuele. We spent two days here. It's clean enough. Very friendly English-speaking staff. But staff, however, is absent part of the time on the spot (for example, all night), so you must strictly follow the check-in time specified in the booking. The only drawback is the shower and toilet on the floor.

This hotel was everything and more, the room was large with a balcony and had an awesome street view. A little nosey at night honestly but I was able to block it out. Staff were very helpful, had decent English skills which weren't needed but helped. Located in the city center.

We stayed here just one night as we were getting an early morning flight home the next day. We were welcomed by alovely cheerful girl on reception. She told us to have some breakfast even though it was after 11am when we got there! Our room was huge & we had a private bathroom just nextdoor to us. The place was clean with crisp white linen & towels & a very comfortable bed. It was a bit noisy sowe closed the shutters & we didnt take much notice after that. The breakfast has everything you need. The free wifi was very good. All in all a very pleasant airy place to stay with lovely staff - thank you.

We stayed at this hotel and found the location exactly what we wanted, central, close to all the wonderful markets, but the staff were so helpful. They went the extra mile to help out, for example checking a reservation I had made earlier at a local restaurant would be correct. Great room with balcony. I would stay here again. Thanks Peter
