Rooms are cozy and comfortables. The breakfast service is the typical Italian one with croissant and coffees or continental for the international guests. It's easy make conversation and share the holiday experience with the other guests, because the place has a few rooms, so it's very silent, even if it's in the heart of downtown. The location is strategical: close...

Very nice stay in a great location. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of information about where to go, what to see and where to eat. Very clean and great breakfast - will definitely go back on my next visit to Palermo!

My partner and I stayed at Casa di Anna for four nights in October 2016. It was one of the best B&B experiences we had during a month-long journey through Southern Italy and Sicily. Guiseppe (the younger) was extremely warm and welcoming upon our arrival, and was very helpful in orienting us to the layout of Palermo using a map...

We stayed 1 night in Palermo. Arrived at the B&B and stood ringing the bell outside but no reply. Called Giuseppe and was told to go to the hotel next door to pick up the key. We booked in advance and confirmed a quiet room with a balcony to the inside court yard after reading other reviews that the street...

All I needed was a place to sleep and shower ready for my train trip to capo D'orlando next morning Hidden from the streets tip and on the second floor I was more than satisfied. The manager gave me some good tips on what see in my short time . The gem was the rooftop bar and restaurant next door-...

We stayed at Casa di Anna for 2 days. The service was nice and very friendly. Breakfast was small but for our needs ok. We had our room to the back so it was quite at night. Our room was clean. The parking situation is a bit difficult because the entrance of the hotel is at a main street with...

This was a holiday with family - my wife and I, together with her brother and his wife. It was a really enjoyable stay. We were greeted very kindly and all communications were good. The rooms were large and airy, and the location couldn't have been better. The breakfast was as much as we could eat and all the staff...

Usually like B&Bs down little side streets but arriving in Palermo after a long journey, it was a relief that A Casa di Anna is so easy to find. Young Guiseppe gave us a great introduction to the area with a list of proper tratoria. I say Young G as opposed to Uncle G who was our breakfast host and...

Our host, Giuseppe, confirmed our room arrangements and arrival time before we even stepped out of the plane in Palermo. He was there at the door to meet us and show us our room. After a tour of the sitting room (with introductions to some other guests) and breakfast room/kitchen where he pulled out a most welcome bottle of chilled...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In via Roma 97, in the heart of the historical centre of Palermo, very close to Piazza Pretoria (seat of the City Hall), "Casa di Anna" offers to its guests the possibility to live in the framework of a building which typifies the Palermitan Liberty architecture. We are located a stone's throw from the most important monuments, the sumptuous old palaces and the picturesque typical markets. The rooms are wide and bright and recently renovated. They are characterized by marble floors decorated in clear Liberty style and floors with capitals and ornaments, completed by a sober wooden furniture which makes them suitable for people who arrive in our beautiful city to discover our artistic values without renouncing to the comfort and the good taste. You can taste typical Sicilian food, fresh fruit and homemade desserts. In the new functioning kitchen you can prepare a coffee or a cup of tea by yourself like if you were at home, and you can enjoy it in the next relax area. You can read a book or just relax in the living room when returning from a touristic artistic trip. You will have your personal keys and you can feel free to go in and out whenever you want, without needing a receptionist. The Rooms: "Casa di Anna" has three rooms all finely decorated in classic style that makes them really unique, elegant and welcoming. We offer double or triple rooms. They are all spacious, air-conditioned in summer and centrally heated during the winter season. Enriched with precious carpet-shaped floors, they are completed by a sober furniture. Each room has got a private bathroom with shower and bidet. The rooms are cleaned and kept tidy daily, while linen and sheets are changed every two days. The breakfast in our B&B express the Sicilian hospitality and it's served in our dining room from 7.45 to 10 am and includes: coffee; cappuccino; tea; fresh bread; cookies; croissants; cakes; jam; butter; honey; fruit juices; yogurt; corn flakes; fresh fruit; cured meats and cheese and so on. ... more   less
