We loved our 4-day stay at this small hotel. The manager upgraded our room to one above the level we purchased, and it was clean and spacious with a small balcony. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our friends were staying closer to the center at a B&B without parking, which we needed. However, we preferred...

We stayed 2 nights. To took us at least 20 mins to get to the centre: it is 4 star but doesn't seem like it: we had a dusty, dirty A/C unit, literally black inside, dusty net curtains and a very hard bed. It was expensive for what we got. On the plus side a nice breakfast and pleasant staff.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Sicily in September 2016 and Palermo was our first stop. Hotel Ucciardhome was a great beginning for the trip. We arrived much earlier than a typical check in time so we only expected to drop off our bags and begin exploring Palermo. We were fortunate because they went ahead and let us...

My wife and I took a short break in Palermo this year. The location of the hotel to the main sights at first seemed out of the way but in fact a 10 minutes stroll brought us to the old town. The staff were the best part of the hotel for us, from the help and friendly greetings from the...

Staff was the best. Very friendly and helpful at all times. Front desk and breakfast / bar personel in particular. Hotel rooms need maintenance and redecoration. The hotel looks very old and not clean.

We stayed one night at this hotel but the level of customer service we received was outstanding. I especially want to thank Rosie from the front desk. She helped up with a complicated matter going above and beyond to ensure our issue was resolved. This level of service is hard to find.

The hotel is nice, the staff was lovely. They also helped me find an hairdresser an manicure place. It was great to have private parking in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with typical sicilian food.

This is a four star hotel at the edge of Palermo. We chose it, as we were travelling by motorbike and secure parking was a must. The room itself was a decent size with TV and stereo. As well as a huge bed, there was also a daybed/sofa. Shower had a waterfall shower head which was lovely. Breakfast was standard...

I would strongly recommend this hotel. The room was large and conformable. The staff was excellent, even waiting for us late at night since our plane was delayed. The breakfast is excellent with traditional Sicilian fare. I removed a star for the shower - a plumbing issue caused a foot bath to form.
