The hotel was clean, the staff helpful and pleasant, the room sufficient but not outstanding, and the location close to many of the important sites. The lift was small and not always working. The breakfast was fine, and on the rooftop with great views of the city. I would stay there again.

This was our first room in Sicily on a group tour of 25 US off season. Lovely view from roof. Room spacious. Breakfast very nice and everything clean. Elevator was bipolar at times and necessitated needless stairs. Needs updating in this amenity. Easy walk to train and bus station. Several eateries close by. Would recommend this hotel.

The pluses - good location, great roof top breakfast and dinner area with wonderful views, interesting elevator that you will never see any other place, clean and my room was quiet. It was also not expensive. The negatives - the air conditioner was not working well or at all even making the room stuffy, and there was no hot water...

We stayed four nights and love it. It was an older building (as evidenced by the old elevator lift) but it updated to all modern conveniences. We were on the 3rd floor, not on the street side, and a couple floors below the kitchen so we slept wonderfully. The rooftop lounge- where breakfast & dinner our served- was the cherry...

Awesome location. Service was superb, and even spoke some English at the desk. Desk help was very helpful telling us where to go. Rooms were very clean and nice, bathrooms huge and nice as well. The rooftop restaurant is a can't miss for a nice meal, and the view...WOW. The tiramisu they have is to die for.

Very centrally located hotel in Palermo. The room was spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet despite the fact that we were on the first floor on the front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The shower was OK, but was pretty slow draining. I wish that we had asked housekeeping to try to remedy this issue. Breakfast was included...

Gorgeous views over the city to view all the church rooftops. Reasonable drink prices, and the waitress brought us a complimentary platter of antipasti when we asked for nuts and they didn't have any!

We chose to spend our two nights in Palermo at this hotel, largely because of its central location and its rooftop bar\restaurant. We took a shuttle bus from the airport and were easily able to walk the few blocks up to the hotel from the bus station with our luggage. Hotel staff were great - very helpful in arranging a...

The staff was great and helpful. Although we asked for a quiet room, we got the room with the balcony facing the very busy street Via Roma so we went back to the ground floor and asked for another room. Luckily, there was one free room on the 3rd floor, with no balcony, but it was perfectly quiet and we...

Really enjoyed our short time in this hotel. In the city centre, on the main street. Hotel rooms are modern, even with a small balcony. The absolute 'plusplus' of the hotel is the restaurant on the top. On tree levels it's a pure lust for the eyes to see this big city and all of it's surroundings. Breakfast was fine,...
