Simply, this was a wonderful surprise at an extremely reasonable rate with parking included. Every staff member in any of the service areas from the front desk to the breakfast and dining areas was helpful and courteous. And the rooms we were given were spacious and very well designed and appointed (however, we were shown a smaller room option which,... More

An immaculate spot, renovated, modern , slick, sifisticated. Well run and very gratuitous run. Plesently surprised . Very good breakfast and gourmet dinner. The front desk is always ready to give you all the information and even confirm the plane for the following day.

Great location, nice staff but small rooms and no bars of soap anywhere. No workout room either. Breakfast was marginal and air conditioning inadequate for summer temperatures. Water cost $2.75 in hotel and $1 across the street. No luggage rack in the room so if you have 2 bags you have to stack on furniture. Typical challenging European shower if... More

We stayed at this hotel during a group tour. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of several sites and restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and were happy with the quality of the meal. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives. On our first day there four of us were taking the elevator upstairs to dinner, the elevator... More

QUiet smart, relaxing , modern, classical hotel with such quick walk to so many great outdoor restaurants, well known shops and tourist attractions. Loved the huge breakfast variety and welcoming staff, especially the very helpful young lady on the reception desk and lovely Emanuela tending to us at the bar, made us and our teenage children feel so welcome and... Great Hotel located close to shops, cafe's and restaurants. Hotel staff was great especially the bartender at the lobby bar. Made us laugh. and she made excellent cocktails! Could have stayed until breakfast drinking her "magic potions!" Love you ET.

Great location! Close to everything! A few blocks from the Opera house and shopping areas. The Hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, they had Sicilian cheeses and delicious pistacchio muffins. I highly recommend it.

The position of the hotel is very central . Staff very friendly and helpful. The room appears a bit outdated and run down. The bathroom is not at the level of a 4 stars hotel. Unconfortable shower and mouldy bath edges...

Centrally situated hotel on a quiet side street. Rooms are large with full bathrooms. Bar open at night. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory - situated on the 5th floor, so rooms on the 4th floor are not recommended. Our room was on the 2nd floor however view was a brick wall (not a problem for us,as we were out most of... More

The hotel was located on a relatively quiet side street but in a central area of town near shops and restaurants. Rooms were nice but there was no air conditioning (receptionist said weather was a little nippy outside so only central heating was available). Given the room didn't have proper ventilation, we had to sleep with the windows open to... More
