Hotel is well located in central city. We stayed 2 nights at the start of out trip in a good sized comfortable room. We stayed 1 more night at the end of the trip in a very small less desirable room. 2nd room is the main reason for average rating. WiFi was okay here. Breakfast buffet was okay but wished...

This Hotel is probably the best Mercure in the world with it's location, service, rooms and staff....It is located in the very centre of Palermo with all you need around you (restaurants, shopping, markets, and seafront...). The breakfast was fabulous with so lots of choice of local products(Cannoli) as well as continental. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I visit...

We stayed for 2 nights at the start of our 6 day visit in Sicily. Room was fine, well appointed. Heated towel rail wasn't working and a call to reception had it sorted quickly. Reception staff were all great. Very courteous. One of the staff even arranged a hire car for us at a very reasonable rate, which was brought...

We stayed 4 nights in this very modern hotel in the centre of Palermo and had a very enjoyable stay. We had a huge room which was extremely clean with huge bathroom. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and offered a wide selection of foods. The hotel also has a large modern and very welcoming lobby. Staff at...

Clean, modern, free wifi, comfortable beds, quiet, good buffet breakfast, staff pleasant. Very well placed to walk into city center and old town (we did not have a car, and have not needed it); lots of good restaurants around so we did not eat in the hotel except breakfast. Just off Via Roma, easily accessible by bus 101 from the...

The hotel was lovely and clean, modern in style, rooms varied, lovely bathroom with hot showers. More like a business hotel as when we stayed there 7-11th Nov we could not hear any English speaking people. They do happy hour in the bar area within the lobby - but not as we know it ... They provide bruchetta/sausage type rolls...

Typical hotel for tourist groups, offering a good position to visit the hystorical centre. The rooms need a bit of renewal to be at the level expected by a big name like Mercure. Breakfast not unforgettable.

We had a large group and came into town late at night. The bus could not get down the street passed the parked cars so we had to walk our luggage down the street to the hotel. The hotel is clean and bright with a nice breakfast and dinner eating area. I can not speak regarding all the rooms but...

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location. We had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Hotel even provided a bag breakfast when we left before they opened ! There are several nice cafes close by to eat at. We did the Hop on hop off red double decker bus tours of the city. Then the hotel set up a private...

After traveling through Italy I thought I would be in for another tiny bathroom experience. Pleasantly surprised with size of room and bathroom. I can actually move in the shower! King Size bed very comfortable. Slept soundly. No safe in the wardrobe though.
