Well placed hotel, clean fresh and fairly comfortable. As with nearly all continental hotels it did not provide coffee or tea facilities en suite and the WiFi service on the 8th floor was poor. It is annoying that they do not provide tea etc in the room. After all, we feel that the hotel should provide this as being English...

We visited this Hotel in November 2016. It is graded as a four star but I believe it is not up to up to that category. Having said that, it is a very pleasant hotel and the quality of the food served here is good. Overall, it is a very sound three star and it more than lives up to...

This is a modern hotel located within fairly easy walking distance of the centre of Palermo. To categorise it I would say 'think business' trip accommodation. It is clean, modern and offers good quality food served in two restaurants located at basement level. As we were part of a tour party we were served a set meal, which was served...

Mini bar in room alas no kettle if you can avoid breakfast before 8am very busy with tourist bus guests. Coffee from machine very ordinary ask for expresso and they will cook you a hot breakfast of scrambled egg and bacon. Staff...

Well located hotel with modern decor. Dinner and breakfast were good, but basement dining rooms rather cramped. Service good. Good free wifi in the room, but no coffee-making facilities or any English speaking TV channels. Even BBC World would have been welcome. Our corner room faced busy main road, but no problem with noise.

Stayed here 3 nights, nice clean room, lovely towels & comfy bed but room looked out at bin shaft! Unbelievably noisy in the morning, dreadful slamming, banging at 6am!!!! No consideration by the staff for people sleeping. Was awake at 6.30am one morning to very loud smashing glass, slamming doors etc. When I looked to see where the noise came...

We had a very small cramped dark room looking out over the bin shaft with a very poor shower. Very basic hotel with no pool or bath. Expensive bar, no outside space. The meals were set and it was waiter service. Very poor food and really no vegetarian options.

This place was awful. My husband and I were both covered in bug bites after sleeping there the first night, the wifi barely works, the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors' phone conversations and toilets flushing, the "hair dryer" was more of a vacuum shaped hose that did nothing, and the bed was SO uncomfortable. We...
