This is centrally located hotel for the sights of Palermo. There is no parking or even stopping close to Hotel. When we called we were told you have to book parking and a plan was made to park at 40Euro's two blocks away, probably in the street near a car wash. The greeting at reception is pleasant and helpful. The reception spoke...

The worn and tired outside of the building belied its beautifully restored interior, especially the breakfast area and lobby/bar. The breakfast was plentiful and very well prepared. The lobby bartender was courteous and very efficient. The rooms are modest, and generally in good repair. BUT the hotel suffers from indifferent management and overall service. Starting when we tried to access...

We wanted a quiet room with twin beds in a good location and we had this, with the bonus of the superb historic setting of a converted palazzo. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and overlooked a quiet courtyard. The shower room was spacious and clean with plenty of hot water, and the towels and linen of good quality. We...

With a little attention and some investment, this could be a wonderful hotel. The location is pot on, right next to the Quattro Canti, but the place looks like it is crumbling a little, which is a great shame. We had the absolutely huge presidential suite, but when we entered all the shutters were closed, all the curtains drawn... pitch...

The Eurostar Centrale Palace is the epitome of old world charm. There is a magnificent lobby with sitting rooms off of the central registration area. There is an elevator which we found to be a rarity in Sicily. Our room was spacious for our family of four. There were two separate bedrooms which made everything easier. The breakfast was delicious,...

We loved our stay here. First, it is a great value for what you get. The location is perfect for seeing the Palermo sites. Common areas are grand with sitting areas dispersed throughout. Our triple room was spacious with a separate sleeping area with a si god bed that was perfect for our son and afforded all of us a...

This hotel is in a great spot, literally next door to the Quattro Canti which is generally considered the heart of Palermo's historic district. Most important locations, including the Norman Palace (Palatine Chapel), cathedral and central train station are within a 10-20 minute walk. The rooms are nothing to write home about. Good beds, TV (not Sky), average bathrooms and...

The hotel is located in a restricted area. The hotel manager did not tel us ahead of the arrival how to reach the place, which took us forever. We asked for a parking place and never got any answer until we reached. The hotel is not very well maintained and our room was badly aging. Breakfast was dear and rather...
