The Palace is absolutely beautiful and harkens you back to the heyday of Sicilian aristocracy. The lobby and the room were stunning. I stayed in room 426 that had a huge balcony that overlooked the inner courtyard. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. I was a little concerned about the reviews mentioning the wifi but I had no... More

We were sad that we were only in Palermo one night as we would have loved to spend more time in this lovely hotel! We received a warm welcome on arrival from the woman on the front desk and we're quickly checked into our room. We were travelling with our granddaughter so we're pleased that the room had two sleeping... More

This is a former palace so the best thing are the suite of public rooms. Real sense of elegant history. We got a great out of season three-night deal at 70 euros a night. Plus parking and breakfast. The location is superb. Right in the middle of the old town near the beautiful Piazza Pretoria fountain etc. Getting into the... More

Great hotel situated inside an old palace, beautifully renovated with a very central position in a pedestrian only area. The restaurant with the view over the roofs of Palermo is a must, great food and not that expensive considering the quality

A beautiful old building with large rooms and GREAT location. Beautiful breakfast room with magnificent painted ceilings. Our room smelled moldy and had the residue of smokers. The internet was spotty at best. Not what I'd expect from a four star hotel.

Stayed for 2 nites in late October. Like many of previous reviewers we found the location terrific. We took the airport shuttle to town and were able to walk to the hotel in less than 15 minutes, It's located in a central part of town on a closed off pedestrian street, never felt unsafe, plenty of police presence around. Tons... More

Wonderful rooms, unbelievable breakfast (be sure to have a cannoli), perfect location, all for an affordable price. Located near Fountain of Shame. Walking distance from great restaurants. Great shopping is across the street.

Our room was fairly large with doors that opened out to a terrace. Our friends had a room that was very small - hardly enough room to turn around in with a tiny shower. We had a large shower and a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were good with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This... More

For a romantic trip to Palermo old city this hotel ticks most of the boxes! Steps away from Quattro Canti, great shopping, fine dining and beautiful churches and piazzas. Rooms are comfortable, but not grand.

Where do i begin? No help with luggage on arrival or departure whatever your age. Room was okay but had a damp patch on the wall, the table was wobbly, light above the bed had come away from the wall, shower door did not fully close, in room safe did not work (apparently they have safe boxes at reception but...
