The breakfast was horrible. Fresh squeezed orange juice, machine that didn’t work. automatic juice machine that was from concentrate, terrible coffee, super runny eggs, etc. Spa and fitness center is completely inadequate. Service is subpar. Would not go back.

The positives about this hotel are numerous; the rooms are large and comfortable, the restaurant is very good, the location is convenient to markets, restaurants and shopping. The hotel overall is well maintained, the rooms were very clean. Most of the staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The only negative was that some of the people at the front desk were curt and impatient. Even so, the positives at Grand Hotel Borsa far outweighed the negatives.

Excellent staff, excellent location, clean, centrally located to many popular sites. I have been here twice and will go back again. Massimo at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the fresh sheep ricotta every morning. Will be back soon.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is enormous, combining several buildings. The location is excellent for the centre of Palermo, but quiet as it fronts a car free square. The rooms comfortable. The breakfast is correct. There is a restaurant which serves good locally influenced food in a setting of baronial splendour. They mix a fine Negroni too. Helpful efficient staff. Car parking is provided off site for a fee. Traffic and parking in Palermo require stamina so this is a good option.

We stayed at the 4th floor of the hotel for 3 nights. Great hotel, good location and breakfast. I would highly recommend it. However, we have experienced electricity outages, especially in the mornings, making it difficult to take a shower 😅

We spent 3 nights at the GH PB in Palermo. It is well located giving good by foot access to sites. The room was very large and clean. The wi-fi was excellent. The shower was located inside a very deep bath tub. It is dangerous as you need to step over to get in or out a very high wall. The bath is slippery and has no mat. The breakfast was very good

Service is amazing, very professional and kind. The location is wonderful and fascinating, especially if you want to have a pre-dinner cocktail in the cloister. Room was clean, I loved the bathroom! The breakfast was good, especially the cappuccino.

You really have to like this place. Very old world public rooms take you back to yesterday. BUT the deluxe rooms are totally up to date and very comfortable and very large. Staff is top notch and so is the location. Really nothing bad to say about this landmark hotel.

Huge hotel in the center of town, in a ZTL area so they get your plate upon checking in. Ours was a bit chaotic, they had a conference going on and everyone was under stress and anxiety, one lady told me that were not sure they could park my car, i told her i had sent an email before and this was known by the hotel, but her answers was "we cant honor that". Then another lady that saw my face, came and told me they would park my car. BTW is i think 22Euros per day. This hotel only cares about big groups/and conferences, the small tourist is meaning less to them. Breakfast was ok. Service there was ok. WE got a suite since I had to reserve last minute since our hotel canceled us last minute (HOTEL POLITEAMA DONT GO THERE), the bathroom is huge, then they have a jacuzzi with the shower in the middle from the celling so floating the bathroom does not explain what it is to take a showed there. We called the front desk to explain and situation, seems that they all knew. Such a poor design!!!! THIS HOTEL IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY OFFER AND WHAT IT IS, it does have a great location though. I would not come back
