I would avoid this hotel at all costs. We stayed here in late August with a young family and had a very unpleasant time – customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in almost thirty years of travelling across six continents and over fifty countries. We had booked a family suite but the air conditioning in the suite...

We spent a week in a superior double room B/B basis at this hotel. The rooms are like small villas spread around the complex so you need to walk to breakfast and the main building. Not good if you have mobility problems with steps. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had the normal types of European food as a buffet...

First I have to say that I've been living in this hotel the last week of August. Taken that it's a significant expence, as a 4 stars Sardinian is meant to be. The restourant was very nice, especially for the number of dishes including meat and fish. Rarely the staff has been rude or unrespectful, even if they don't speak...

Staff - When we arrived at the hotel, we were told at the reception that we have to settle for the superior room for 2 days instead of the junior suite that we booked as there was some mix up with the rooms. When we said if we can see the room first, we were told "you can see the...

I hate to leave a negative review, and sometimes would rather leave none at all. However, I feel its important as it may encourage the hotel to make the changes required to make it worth the money it currently charges guests to stay. We stayed here for one week as part of our honeymoon trip, having been married in Tuscany...

The hotel is in a wonderful location and has lovely grounds and a real charm about it. The service is good and all staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. Despite being late august and fully booked the hotel was peaceful and serene. Our children aged 12 and 8 were made to feel very welcome and the restaurant staff were...

We were there in may and the weather was not good. So we could not really enjoy the hotel and the pool. The surrounding is nice. The beach didn't look nothing special. But I must repeat that it was the beggining of May. Breakfast was very good. The room was nice and big. But there was this yellow water coming...

We just spent one week here with my wife and three kids (14, 11,6). Very nice & relaxing. The atmosphere is calm, quiet & peaceful. Super clean. Highlights include the breakfast, the pools (bit small but never crowded) and the views. Staff was helpful & considerate. The beach is a short walk and the area you pay to use is...

Just finished our 4 night stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. Here is my review in numerical positive/negative format: Positives 1. Atmosphere: it's a family owned and run hotel and you have the feeling of staying at a friend's holiday home rather Than at a resort. Had the feeling that the owners were generous and flexible...

We just returned from a 4 night stay at hotel Ollastu. On arrival we were upgraded to a large luxury room with wonderful views towards the sea and with plenty of room to unpack our two large suitcases.Wifi functioned well in the room and the shower was excellent. It is a 10 minute walk down to the beach or you can take...
