Enjoyable and hassle-free stay at Cagliari Novecento! Valeria and Miriam were very pleasant to talk with and were very helpful in finding us tours to go on. Location is very central, so near to everywhere worth seeing! Breakfast was good, but I'm used to having some meat, which I learned isn't a usual Italian breakfast item. haha! All great and... More

Walkable to station, shops, restaurants, museum and old town so great location. Cagliari is full of traffic so very useful to have underground parking nearby if you can reserve it. Rooms very clean and have everything you need. Free WiFi, air con/heating, TV, lovely shower, towel change, comfy bed and all good value. Basically an old converted palazzo. We had... More

This is a nice little B&B and there is a lot of atmosphere here with vaulted arches and exposed beams, but rooms on the top floor are built into the attic and so have restricted headroom (I bumped mine several times) and no windows (skylights only). Having said that, the rooms are neat and functional and very quiet, though my... More

The staff are very nice and friendly, Rooms are comfortable , very good Wi FI. My room was on the top floor, small single, the shower cubicle was very small, I am not that large. But unfortunately the room/bed etc, smelt of cigarettes, when I mentioned this the reply was, It's hard to control. Breakfast is at near by cafe,... More

This is an unassuming B&B. It's on an off street, not a very pretty one. Even the entrance is low key. You enter an office which seems a bit strange ..... but there's where it begins. The staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Note. .. reception is only in this building until 20.00. The rooms are spotless and... More

Stayed here for a week. Very good location a stone throw from the port. Close to railway, buses, shops, restaurants etc. Quiet street. The single room was nice; decent size, air con, free wi-fi which worked well. Italian breakfast in a nice cafe round the corner. This b&b doesn't have a reception, if there is anythng you need, you have... More

Clean room but smelt a little of damp. good central location. I found the staff helpful and courteous. When I checked in I was told I would have to contact staff at the other building on another street if I needed anything. No courtesy phone provided. No smoke alarms. Noisy really. I could hear showers and tvs in other rooms.... More

Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Train and Bus Stations and a minutes walk from the town centre. My room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. But . . there were 5 air conditioning/heating units above my window which were running 24hours a day on my first and last nights of my stay. They were... More

We have stayed at the Novecento on several differnent occasions and always had a wonderful time. The Hotel is centrally located (about 2 mins from the bus station) but on a relatively quiet street. The key to the Novecento is that it's an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the city. Rooms are really clean, air-conditioned and... More
