This hotel was great. I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the day we checked out the front desk clerk stored our bags so we could still explore and he called a taxi for us when it was time to go back to the airport.... More

I booked this hotel only for one day to see how it was. Though service is extremely friendly, I ran into some problems. I extended my stay for another 3 days, as I didn't want to be bothered with finding another hotel, and I couldn't believe that without mentioning anything to me, they charged me a different rate for this... Our expectations were set high in view of the hotel's #1 rating, yet we did not experience the fireworks drawn by our imagination. That said, this is a well-run, neat and friendly hotel with a decent location. And indeed it is popular, booked up months ahead, and they insist to be pre-paid at booking. Solid choice overall, yet some of... More

The hotel has the great location. It is ten minutes walk to the beach, ten minutes walk to the port and 15 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel was very beautiful and clean with helpful staff. I have got singleroom with bathroom and the balcony. I had the balcony with the view behind the hotel, it is not... More

By all means if you want to go to a hotel where the manager comes onto you ( who is never recheable or there at all during the day!!) the staff are incredibly rude as if it was in their nature, your room door left wide open during the day, being ripped off when you try to cancel one night... More

This hotel on a quiet street seemed like a good choice but the reviews about the spiky heels clicking above someone's room scared us away. But the hotel we wanted nearby was full (so much for off-season...) so we ended up staying here. And we were happy with our choice. We were checked in by a very gracious, kind gentleman... More

This hotel was the most dreadful I have ever stayed in. We were booked in B & B and we only had breakfast the first morning. The coffee was like tar, and there was very little to eat. Nobody spoke English and they treated us like something they stepped in. They didn't have a bar so you had to go... More

We turned up on spec in late September and were told that rooms were normally 98 euros but we could have them for 78 if we paid cash as it would be better for them and for us. Immediately set alarm bells ringing. We left the passports at reception so they could register us but when we asked for them... More

Although not all the reception staff spoke great English, they were all exceptionally friendly and cheerful. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day and the large restaurant where breakfast was served was always clean, well stocked and with a good selection of cereals, breads, cakes, fruit juices, including mineral water and teas and coffee. There were only processed ham... More
