Stayed July 5-12. If driving to this hotel, on the SS127 biz, at the 30km sign you will need to turn left big building on LHS (Maden) I think, drive 100m the turn left into the hotel grounds. 500m to car park and reception. Upon arrival wwe were booked in very quickly and shown to our room, everything explained to...

A lovely and relaxing stay at the hotel (30 July -6th Aug). The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Fernando and Betty on reception were very attentive and helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Giovanni did a very good taxi service, and always available when we needed him. The ladies at breakfast were very friendly and efficient -...

We stayed as a family of five during the Summer. The customer service at the hotel is second to none. The staff are friendly and polite. Fernando is extremely knowledgeable about the area and speaks a few languages. The hotel rooms, grounds, garden and pool are spotlessly clean. We loved the amazing views which looked out onto the Sardinian countryside....

We chose the Sa Cheya due to it being ranked first in Alghero on Trip Advisor. However, we did not rank it as highly as the two other hotels we visited in northern Sardegna. Pricewise, however, the Sa Cheya was very good value for money. Sa Cheya is situated around 10 minutes drive from the centre of Alghero, and we...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is quite small and because it is situated within the countryside it is perfect if you want a quiet and relaxing break. Old town and the harbour are 15 minutes away by car so it is still close enough to everything if you want to get our. Our room...

Our second visit to the lovely Sa Cheya and it was even better than our first. We were greeted by the wonderful Fernando like old friends returning. In fact, everyone remembered us from last year from Fernando & Betty to the beautiful lady who served my "Espresso Doppio" at breakfast. Now, if you want to wake up and walk to...

The hotel rooms are good with a TV, well equipped bathroom, balcony and daily maid service, plus air con they surpass many other hotels we've...

The hotel was very conscious of its position as current number 1 hotel in Alghero. It is a few miles from the city centre so a car is necessary to get into the city for night life. The staff were undoubtedly very friendly. The wifi was terrible, perhaps an advantage. The breakfast was average. The room we had at first...

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, there was a view of the mountains and olive groves from the balcony. Sitting next to the pool with just the sound of it's fountain with a cocktail in hand watching a dragonfly was absolutely perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Betty, Fernando and Ricardo. Algerho was a ten...
